The service I was requesting was an estimate for work on my property, requiring the removal of large, medium, and smaller trees, and also limning up some additional large trees. He was thorough in his discussion and a good listener. I was very impressed with him. The price he quoted was fair, and I did feel confident that he could do the work efficiently, professionally, and within the time allocated to us. I'm not reviewing the actual work because I have had to get three bids for this particular project and have not started to work yet. I will check back in once I complete the service.

Excellent tree and customer service, all around…read more R. McCormick came to our home a couple of weekends ago, with a crew of 5. All of the arborists were very courtesy in their mannerisms while speaking with me and my husband. They were very professional. One of the crew had at least 40 years experience as an arborist in this industry. My husband was VERY impressed with their efficiency, their skill level, confidence and the pro equipment they used to get the job done -- to his highest satisfaction. They felled a couple of trees for us, and trimmed up a few others. They were in and out within a couple of hours. They cleaned up all of the debris, and were prepared to do more, if we had asked them. My husband has hired other professional tree service companies in the past, and he was most impressed by R. McCormick's operations. In fact, he said the manner in which they performed the requested work made the other companies "look like a bunch of amateurs"!
