1 star: Did not honor their warranty…read more I hired Villa and Sons to do paving work at my home in Westchester and was charged close to $19,000. Before the work began, I specifically pointed out the underground gutter drain pipes running beneath the driveway that carry water away from the house. After the paving was finished and the rains came, water began coming up through the driveway, which pointed to a ruptured pipe. The leak is directly under the area they excavated for the job. I was still well within the one-year warranty, so I contacted them. They answered my call and came out to look at it. They then claimed the problem was pre-existing, even though the leak is exactly where they dug. Since then, they have stopped responding to my texts, emails, and phone calls. I also sent a formal written warranty request with a response deadline, and that deadline passed with no reply. A warranty is only worth something if the contractor stands behind it. Based on my experience, I would be very careful before hiring this company. Get everything in writing, and photograph and document the condition of anything near the work area before they start.

Highly recommend!! We recently had a plumbing leak that turned into a plumbing nightmare. Walls…read morehad to be opened up in the bathroom and the kitchen below. Tiles removed, cabinets removed, walls cut out, plumbing lines replaced...it was a Disaster. 2 things went our way (1) the insurance company covered all costs (2) Darrell and his team handled the entire job, start to finish. We didn't have to call a bunch of different contractors in, they handled it all, even helped us work with the insurance company and came in on budget (which is unheard of) Darrell and his very competent and meticulous staff, especially Zsolt, not only solved the mystery of the leak but fixed it in a timely manner and made all necessary wall, tile, etc repairs. You would never know any work was done. Darrell made numerous inspections of the work to insure all was in order and we were satisfied with the work ... which we definitely were. Our house and our lives are back in order (actually better than before). We are posting this review to let others know there is a contractor that actually knows what he is doing, who you can actually trust to do what he says, who actually cares about his customers. It wasn't just the work got done and the results were better than expected, its that he actually cared about us and how we felt about the job. So thank you, especially to Darrell Babboni, Zsolt Stumpf and the rest of the team at Honey Do Men/Westchester Elite Contracting. L&T D, Yorktown Heights
