Recently we had a dangerous tree situation so we called several tree companies to try to get it down quickly. One never called back, two called back but it would be a week or so until an "estimator" could come out. Bill Henry Tree Service called back within 15 minutes and Matthew was at our house in 1/2 hour to check it out. During a recent storm, our big hemlock fell across a neighbor's yard. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, the folks at Bill Henry Tree Service picked up, calmly answered all questions, and assured us they'd be by the next day to assess what should be done. Matt and his crew were here at 9 am the next morning! With all the correct equipment and a top notch crew, the felled tree was removed, the half fallen tree cleared, all wood removed, and the yard raked clean before noon. a few months ago I got a chord of wood delivered from Bill Henry Tree Service; my review at the time was 4 stars since all aspects of the delivery were wonderful, but I hadn't used the wood yet so I didn't know the quality of the hardwoods delivered. I have since had a number of fires and the wood has burned well - no complaints; so I have upgraded my review to 5 stars. Bill Henry Tree Service just spent 2 days on our property removing trees dead/dangerous to our home. They were efficient worked extremely hard. Planted new trees where we removed several. Delivered us wood. Trimmed other trees on our property. After all was done left cleaned and left our property immaculate!!! the crew came out and expertly removed large limbs of a mature sycamore tree that were growing over my house.
