Edited 4/17/26: After not getting anywhere with DiLorenzo Tree care, I called Canopy Tree Service…read more I let the owner know that DiLorenzo had 'ghosted' us after showing up to look at the job. Canopy arrived & said he would send a quote. After a few days, he did not respond so I called and left a message. He then quoted $1200 on March 24 via email. We immediately accepted & he wrote back that he would be in touch ASAP to schedule. We emailed on 4/3 for an appoximate date and then never heard back. Suggestion to Dilorenzo, Canopy and other small businesses: All you have to do is TELL the customer that you are not interested, job is too small, too big, too far. Whatever. Just communicate. We will be fine and look elsewhere.

Adam and team did a fantastic job pruning and trimming numerous very large trees on our property…read more From the aesthetic shaping of some, to the pruning back of others (that were encroaching on our roof, power lines and neighbors), great care was taken and communication was very clear throughout the process. His teammate Andrew, whose shaping skills were top notch, went out of his way to encourage us to ask questions and voice our preferences as they went along. As a result, it all felt very collaborative. It's clear that Adam and team are very focused on quality work and happy clients. An additional STRONG selling point is that Adam is FULLY INSURED and happily provided us with proof of insurance prior to our service date. Lastly, his consultation and the quote that followed was exceptionally clear. We knew what would be happening to which trees and how much each would cost. We're very happy with Canopy Tree Service and will definitely call them in the future when the need arises.
