I stacked and measured it. I offered to pay for the extra wood, but the owner declined. Definitely a major improvement over my purchase the year before when I was shorted on my purchase and the seller never made good. I have a tree close to the house and the power comes in nearby so I expected some mark-up for that. A few days after they stopped by I got a text with a picture of a dirty, wrinkled invoice with a quote of $10,000.00 to just drop the tree, NO logging and NO cleanup. ONE TREE!!! Hard NOPE on ever using them again or recommending them either. I have been here for 24 years and I have seen some contractors try to gouge people but this is INSANE.

2026 this guy Eugene…read moreis clearly the biggest POS , known to man, I work my ass off, he knows my wife's godfather, and he clearly took a deposit from us, came and cut about a quarter of the job, then left it in the middle of our yard, when supposedly coming back, he would tell me in days he knows it was going to rain, and then we would have to wait, he would lie about having to go to "family court" because he forgot the morning of that he had it, a lot of bullshit, not to mention that he didn't even have insurance and the job was a big deal being the tree was right above our home. When wrote him about the insurance that when he pretty much known he was caught and I wouldn't let him touch the job again, and he started to offer our money back and said he was going to bring it for a couple days straight till he started to say again, he didn't have the money.
