When wrote him about the insurance that when he pretty much known he was caught and I wouldn't let him touch the job again, and he started to offer our money back and said he was going to bring it for a couple days straight till he started to say again, he didn't have the money. The equipment is state of the art, and no staff had to climb the trees for cutting purposes. Safety is a major concern, and the equipment utilized facilitates this. Staff was knowledgeable, and courteous. Clean-up was phenomenal, due to the use of the best equipment. There were no tire tracks in my back yard, nor massive indentations to the yard from falling tree limbs.
