We loved working with Richard at Little Leaf. He got back to us within hours of being contacted,…read morewas highly responsive throughout the process and, although we knew very little about landscaping, walked us through every step and gave us a beautiful design we are really happy with and that met our price range. He was also extremely accommodating of our inconvenient setup (all materials have to be carried through our house, so no use of wheelbarrow or other large equipment); he and his staff bagged everything up neatly and we barely noticed their presence despite hundreds of pounds of dirt moving through our living room! I would highly recommend Little Leaf to give you something beautiful, lasting and affordable, and to help you understand how to maintain it for years to come!

My garden in Brooklyn was having some strange issues this year so after searching endlessly on…read moreyoutube and gardening web-sites with no luck and a lot of time wasted I decided to try and find an expert to come over and figure out what was going on. After speaking to Richard on the phone I could tell he really knew his stuff so he came over to my garden and figured out what needed to change and what I was doing correctly. I now feel confident and much more knowledgeable about how to maintain a really healthy garden. Richard is a really nice, patient and all around great guy to deal with. The amount of time I saved by hiring him was worth far more than he charged (which is very reasonable). Thanks Richard!

Catskill Mountain Gardening, women-owned and worked, provides extraordinary all-service gardening,…read morefrom design and planning through planting to weeding, mulching, and ongoing maintenance. They are wonderfully reliable, responsive, and communicative. Elizabeth, owner and founder, is a pleasure to work with. Last summer she and her colleagues cleared several overgrown garden plots, replanted them in the fall and spring with plants she helped us to choose, over-wintered those that needed it, then in the spring, weeded and mulched all the plots. They continue to weed and maintain them now. I can't say enough in praise of the way they work and the work they do. A gardening miracle.

He promised two workers, but his partner Vince was always late. I asked him several times to grade areas for future building of patios and such, but he Tim doesn't like to do what is asked of him. He wants to tell you what he thinks you need. He then left heavy-machinery on my property for two days. If these two are working on you property and you smell weed, there is a good reason for that. Just because marijuana is somewhat legal people think they can smoke on the job and anywhere they please. Tim then had the gall to suggest that we tip him and his partner. I had to hire someone else to clean up Tim's mess.
