When we went in to sign our documents, she did not explain anything to us, not very professional. it just seemed like they want you to sign, sign, sign, and i don't even know what i'm signing ! I had to ask her every single time i signed something what i am signing for, or else she would just sit there and watch. They told us through the whole process, "don't worry, we will let you know when we will need the money, just wait..." ... they didn't tell us until the day before! Cindy told us that she needed the money on Wednesday by noon on Tuesday at 6pm when we went to sign the closing documents! WTF!!!! She realized that she didn't give us any wiring information... (please be more organized!) do they think we don't have work? do you think we don't have anything to do with our lives? we had to push back our closing date because of them! @#$#@$KS argh! ON top of that...we wired the money to her on Friday...we originally did not plan to because we did not want to pay interest on the weekend. She assured us that we would not be charged for interest over the weekend because we are not closing until monday...and guess WHAT!!! when we got the final statement, we DID get charged for interest over the weekend... @#$#@K$!#$!$ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if the deal works, they get paid. If the deal doesn't work, they still get paid! Blood/money suckers!

Kim Tep, aka Mediator Kim, was truly the glue that kept a recent deal together. While maintaining neutrality she worked diligently to resolve title issues, "miss-communications" among the principals and agents and made herself available to handle the document signing outside of the regular business hours. Even when it came to the fees, Jade Escrow was very competitive. Kim even waived a notary fee that she was rightfully due to help reduce the funds that my client needed to bring in. So choosing a realtor, we definitely want someone that is experienced, communicate very clearly and directly - someone that we can count on being the voice of reason while understanding our needs and letting us know what we need to know when we need to know it. That's why we chose Jennifer. And that was exactly what she delivered. We started working officially with Jennifer in 2021 And finally moved into our dream home in the beginning of February 2024. Jennifer was there every step of the way - Giving us the attention and the space appropriately through the whole process. The home had several visible maintenance issues during the showing, including damaged screens, missing/unfinished door hardware, electrical switch issues, missing caulking, and general turnover items that did not appear ready for a new tenant. After the showing, I reached out with a professional list of questions regarding repairs, cleaning, and move-in expectations before submitting sensitive application documents. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees. Hoping management can improve responsiveness and property preparation moving forward.
