It was a momey grab for our community until we finally replaced them. I would never replace them. When we did we started finding hidden bills that were somehow glitches into the system and paid without anyone seeing it. They are a shady company with no morals. Their community managers have bad characteristics and upper management is just as bad and unprofessional. As I read the reviews throughout the years I see they are who they are and won't stop until they get a lawsuit. Be warned and stay away from these crooks!!!
