Horrific food someone calls pizza
Mary Beth B.

Absolutely vile and disgusting. Pretty sure the pizza was pre frozen and "warmed". The rubber horrible cheese. The meat that I fear may cause food poisoning and the soggy, flimsy tasteless crust all make for 1 star. It really should get a zero. It was heavily salted and had some weird Italian "flavoring". Inedible. If anyone thinks this is good pizza, they need to widen their tastings. Save your money. Don't eat this.

Great place for families! They have a nice kids section with games and drawing, which keeps the little ones entertained. The pizzas are really good with high-quality toppings. My only issue is that they only offer spicy marinara sauce and don't have a regular tomato sauce option for kids who don't like spice. The staff is very nice, and the place is always clean.

First time at Walter's. Great overall experience. Got to sit at a high top in the bar which was cozy. The service was very personable. Had the Ryman "Nashville hot" traditional crust pizza well done-on the Special menu. Had perfect amount of toppings, great flavors and the crust was to die for! Will be back for sure.

Picked up pizza from here on multiple occasion, they always are so timely and welcoming as soon as I walk through the door. They never skimp out on pizza toppings and I love the taste of the crust, whether I order the thing crust or hand tossed.

I got a chance to eat in!! Loved it. Fun decor. Every employee here was super nice and our server was fun and knowledgeable. We got deep dish and it was filling and very good. I also got to try the honey siracha wings. Good kick to them.

Nick was absolutely amazing! We came after work party of 13! Nick accommodated us like we made reservations weeks ago! We went to the back room and I can not race about this service, this atmosphere and this food enough!!! The beer was great and the cocktail was great! I highly recommend!!!

BEST PIZZA IN DENVER!!! Literally, amazing pizza, apps and beer, always hot and fresh! I've tried a number of their pizzas but Red Hot Momma is my favorite, along with cheesy bread. Always great service and warm, friendly vibes. The patio is great in the warmer months! *Pro tip-get the ranch dipping sauce; TO DIE FOR!

Keep Tahoe Bleu
Tamara C.

Another fun round of Chicago deep dish pizza and beer. What a great selection of on tap beers to have and interesting cider too. Service is friendly and knowledgeable and suggestions for a great meal were offered up too. Tonight we ate keep Tahoe blue, it was just spicy enough and there is always plenty for two of us, we took home several pieces to enjoy tomorrow. A busy bustling business with families and friends, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening here.

Ordered two pizzas, margarita and pepperoni. Both fantastic, well cooked and thin crust. Great service. Would definitely return!

Walter's is a solid pizza joint and great for families- with lots of good ol' fashion pizza choices, it is hard to go wrong.

I think it is a huge plus that a restaurant must be comfortable..I drink coffee after each meal and with this weather some places make my routine impossible. They offered a decent lunch deal of a burger and beer. I eill be back when not on my lunch hour. I had the tinga tacos, PERFECT! The staff has typically recognized us and welcomed us in. But tonight was a mess. We ordered food, and no one had the courtesy to say to us, we have a large party outside, it might be an hour before you get your food. That would have put the ball in our court and legitimately made it our decision. The manager, owner/operator, a gentleman with a shaved head told me it was our fault for not being aware of the situation around us. This all while he busied himself doing shots behind the bar. With all due respect, he did comp our tab, (which was not our goal) and we asked a bartender to ring up $1 so we could tip the staff, which we did. I fear, based on our experience, and after 9 years of loyal patronage, this is likely not our neighborhood pub any longer. Bummer.

The outdoor patio is spacious, relaxed, and perfect for enjoying Colorado's nice weather with friends or coworkers. We ordered a variety of shareable dishes, including the giant pretzel, loaded fries, fried pickles, hummus, wings, and grilled broccolini. My favorite was definitely the loaded fries--crispy, cheesy, topped with bacon and jalapeños, and packed with flavor. I'd happily order those again. The giant pretzel was great for sharing, and the hummus plate was a nice lighter option. The grilled broccolini was also surprisingly good. The only dish that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the wings. They had good flavor but were a little dry. Overall, the food was good, but nothing that really stood out as unforgettable. That said, the atmosphere is what makes this place worth visiting. It's the kind of spot I'd come back to for a sunny afternoon, drinks, and catching up with friends or coworkers. I was still on antibiotics so I couldn't have alcohol, but the bartender suggested one of their kombuchas, which was actually a pretty smart thing to drink to counteract antibiotics! They had a few flavors (in cans) and the bartender recommended a prickly pear one. I wasn't necessarily in love with it, but it wasn't bad either. Wouldn't go out of my way to have it again. The ambience was nice and the brewery is kind of a long rectangle vs. a square with some smaller and some longer/shared tables. Only about 8 seats at the L shaped bar. This place is dog friendly, though it's not necessarily where I'd bring my dog inside if I didn't have to. Probably better in the summer when you can sit outdoors with your pup. But we did have ours and a there were 2 others inside too. Seems a common thing to not allow dogs inside breweries much in Denver/CO.

Obviously with their narrow ages series that is to be expected but more on that later. Few lagers and an IPA which seems to be mandatory for a tap line. The front counter area feels very overly packed and cluttered. Especially when you have people sitting at the bar AND the table directly behind, where the line snakes around, is at capacity. Small qualm but it obviously doesn't deter from the brewing artistry. Great space. Lots of seating and ample parking. The front bar/ordering queue just feels crammed. You have to go beer cooler also in the vicinity. Bartender at a number of breweries but it's taken me a while to pop over here. I've had a good amount of Copper'a beers. They're obviously very famous for their barrel aged series. I've also always loved their can labels and the different sizes they will can beers in. Such a small thing but at a liquor store etc it really catches your eye. The Barrel aged box sets are especially coveted from year to year. Personally familiar with Gabe and Wyatt so had to stop in to finally experience the brewery in person.

The Catapult is loaded with house sausage, caramelized onions, and sweet peppadews on a perfectly charred crust. The Rift pizza hit that tangy, savory balance, and the Parmesan on top ties it together. The Caesar was crisp and well dressed, a great start to the meal. It was a collab between Monolith and Alley Brews. I enjoyed their German Helles Lager, EO's Dream. Solid, to style and refreshing. We like to also do tasters and discuss, so we got a taster of Nanner Nutz, a Peanut Butter Banana Stout; Vorpal Blade, Roasted Jalapeno/Serrano Ale and Lord of the Links, Smoked Sausage Stout and a collab with A Bit Twisted Brewpub.
