And you can't tell me they are back there hand twirling pizza dough, so not sure what the issue is. What stood out the most was how groups seemed to be separated--Black/ African-American guests were placed on one side while white guests were placed on another. Whether intentional or not, it came across as segregated and made the atmosphere feel very off. I normally would have left, but the kids were really excited to bowl, so we stayed for their sake. That said, no one should have to feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple outing. I hope management takes a serious look at how guests are being assigned lanes and works toward creating a more welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

However, it's a violation of Visa and Mastercard rules to charge a surcharge to a debit card. The bowling balls were plentiful to choose from and I believe you can pay by game or by the hour. I wasn't sure since I didn't pay for my games. However, the rudeness of the man at the register really was annoying. Better customer service skills are recommended. I had no other issues with any other members here. Food was within the norms compared to other bowling alleys I've been too. Overall not a bad place but not on my top 10 of places I'd go to due to customer service alone.
