    Dropped off my car Tuesday and was called and told that the parts would be in on Thursday and car…read morewould be done by Thursday night/Friday. Called Friday afternoon and asked when the car would be done and was told by the end of the day. Went in to pay so that I could pick it up when it was done (after the shop was closed due to plans I had) and was told that it would be done by 5pm and it would be left in the parking lot. Went to pick up the car at 7pm and it's still in the shop. No phone call...nothing to let me know it wasn't done. I have a graduation on Saturday morning, an hour and a half away, to drive to and they are now closed for the weekend. I won't be returning. Very disappointed in the service here. Update: luckily family pulled through and came and got me for the graduation. Finally got my car on Monday morning after calling and asking when it would be ready. Was offered a free oil change. The next day driving home from work the same warning notifications that I had originally taken it in for came up across the dash. So the problem was never fixed. A month later I get it into the dealership due to the problem never being fixed and the car in worse shape than before I took it in here and was told it was the fuel injectors and not the emissions system that I spent $2200 to replace here. Though we were told we had some time to decide, the car failed the next day and needed towed back to Perry. We asked that they check all systems to ensure what repairs were needed. Extra repairs included, we faced a difficult decision. After assurances from Rich Peters, the manager, we agreed to the over $7000 in repairs to our car. We were told it would take a few days. Weeks passed and we were told a "Tool" was needed, and back-ordered. We were assured all was well and that they would help cover our mounting rental costs. After a month and a half, the day before we were to pick up our car, we were asked to come to Perry. Suddenly there was an extra $3000 repair needed. According to the mechanic, this was a "common problem " with our car. We found ourselves facing an insurmountable unexpected bill. Perry was lacking in customer service, quality and care. After a month and a half, we had no car, huge rental bills, and a duty to warn others. Please be very wary of Perry Automotive. Get any guarantees in WRITING. They are not to be trusted.
