The crew took long breaks daily, threw cigarette butts in our yard, didn't clean up nails very well, forgot tools, and exhibited poor workmanship in many places. Calls and texts to our representative about unsafe practices (not tying off) went on deaf ears, keeping our anxiety high hoping no one would get hurt at our house. Lucky a couple good 'inspector' type employees came to fix all our issues and they admitted the crew screwed up in many areas of the job. This crew was 'the best crew' as per our representative at Wheatland which now makes me shake my head and laugh. And to end our relationship by arguing over your miscommunication is petty. Glad the boss knows the importance of customer service.
