    This is Wednesday April 17/19 @ 0800k in the morning. We purchased our water heater from Aquarius…read morePlumbing and Heating Nov 7/13 with a 8 year tank warranty. Well last night our tank ruptured and when I called Aquarius Plumbing this morning to activate my warranty they politely told me I had 3 options. First option was the earliest they could book me in for service was next Monday (6 days from now), which is totally unacceptable because it's the Easter long weekend coming up and we had company coming). Second option was if I wanted it done sooner they could fit me in on an emergency basis but I'd not get the warranty and I'd be paying overtime rates (so much for the warranty they offered me when they installed original tank) and my third option was, I could go find another supplier. My question is why wouldn't the supplier that sold me the product service my product/problem. I'm certain it's greed that gets in the way of service. If they could find a installer after 8-5, why wouldn't they just look after us before the long weekend. No I am supposed to wait 6 days to have hot water in the house. Ridiculous!!!! Anyway I thought you should know if you're expecting service, Aquarius Plumbing should be low on your option list if supplier/installer. Unsatisfied (one time customer)!!!!

It can sometimes be awkward to have workers in your home but on both encounters we felt completely at ease and it was just like having friends over. Both Derek and Mark were friendly and personable. We felt well informed and trusted their advice and capabilities. Highly recommend them to everyone.

His billing takes 7 months to get to the client and then threatens collection agency if you don't pay right know! Really Jon! All I was looking for was a break down in the billing and to why so much with not resolving the plumbing issue, Jon took that as (I want it for Free and lost his marbles on me), which I ended up fixing myself by the way! I recommended your company once to my employer and you got the BIG job! I will never recommend him or his company for any commercial/residential repairs or maintenance contracts to any of my clients and employer needs. He will loss more than the bill I just paid.     No one could figure out why the CO detector was going off. Apex claimed they were technicians. I…read moreasked to have the water heater changed and Kyle said I didn't need one. Well..... the detectors went off again! After first paying 475.00 to NOT have the problem fixed, I then get a 1750.00 bill to change the water heater. The 1750.00 was fine, but when I asked for the bill to be separated into material and labor, I get a NEW bill for 1795.00 for itemizing. I called and was told, oh Kyles just having a bad day, to go ahead and pay 1750.00. Then I was told, no, we found through itemizing it, it was more???? GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND AHEAD OF TIME!

    Not pleased with the after service of this company. I usually don't make complaints about service…read morebut given the recent experience of a service call from the competition it just made me madder thinking about the last service call from this Company about a year or so ago. Prior to calling Bronco I diagnosed the furnace issue based on the provided manual and blinking light system. Upon conveying what I found to the tech he still showed up with no parts and then proceeded to leave to get said part and subsequently charge shop time to retrieve the part at the plumber's rate. Very inefficient and costly to the customer. In addition the demeanor of the technician was very crumby. Bronco also charged me $200 per hvac electrostatic filter X 2 because its two furnaces when the competition charged me $160/filter. Stupid price for a rare filter that is hard to find AND now the filtering system for one furnace no longer works. I tried to talk to the owner of Bronco/Camco (Cam) about the price of filters but he did not return my calls at that time. Now more recently the suggestion is to refit non electrostatic with regular filter for this unit and save the money. I will think twice about the luxury models of furnaces and the add ons they come with. L Lenton
