I am very pleased to give Creek Construction this review on our second floor renovation. Reza and his team met and exceeded all my expectations from beginning to end. The main project was the master en-suite (complete gut),however, every room upstairs had work done. The ceilings were scraped and painted, new paint, window casings and baseboards throughout, custom vanities in both bathrooms, crown moulding, custom doors throughout entire house, new front door and side-light, barn door, new windows, and more. There were multiple in-person meetings and phone calls throughout the process to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. 3D drawings were done giving me structural design options to choose from. Reza and Tracy, Creek's interior designer, went shopping with me to choose materials and came to our home again to look at samples. I did not expect that. Prior to anyone coming over to work Reza texted me to let me know. No surprises! The end result is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the excellent craftsmanship of all Reza's staff and sub-contractors. An excellent result is enough in and of itself. As impressed as I am with that, I am even more impressed with the culture of Creek Construction. Any organization's culture starts at the top. Reza is a great human being, one of the finest I've met. He fosters a culture of excellence, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusivity, hard work, caring and compassion which he and all his crew exemplify. Numerous people were involved in our reno and I can't name them all, but I would be remiss if I didn't give a big thanks and shout-out to Reza, Tracy, Olivia, Abbass, Dennis, Safi, Aivers, Brad 1, Brad 2, Brad's Dad, Jamie and Brian. I am so impressed with Creek construction they will be my go-to company for any work on my home from now on! I cannot thank Reza and his team enough for the work they did for us. They truly went above and beyond when we were suddenly in a difficult situation and needed a new front step fast. Reza made us feel like a priority. We recently had Creek Construction complete our home renovation. We took on a major endeavour - our entire main level, including exterior doors, interior doors, main and master bathroom, flooring, redesigned the fireplace, railing and my favour the kitchen. The results are amazing and far exceeded our expectations. This is a locally owned business that takes great pride in what they offer. From concept in design, to the finished project the experience was seamless. We met several times to plan what we wanted. Never feeling pressed to hurry and always encourages to take the time needed to ensure we were 100% satisfied with design decisions. Reza, his team and subcontractors are nothing but amazing. Reza promised to make working together easy and assured us he'd be with us every step of the way.  He was true to his word. We cannot say enough about Reza, Tracy and Creek Construction. We had a broken water pipe in our revenue house which caused a lot of damage. Reza came on the scene and helped us to navigate through the world of insurance ( this being our first experience) It was a very stressful time, but Reza went way above and beyond to help us. He made a lot of suggestions for improvements, which we initially resisted as some of them weren't covered by the insurance claim, but he provided valid and often innovative solutions to help us see the value of what he was suggesting. In the end we see that he was right, and had our best interests at heart. Basically, the whole house was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Our 71 year old house looks, and is, better than a brand new build. We cannot be more pleased. Tracy planned the decor, new cupboards, doors, paint and floor colours, she made thoughtful and practical decisions that made the house look both contemporary and welcoming. Throughout the 8 week renovation, Reza was always professional, empathetic, and attentive. You will not often find the kind of customer service Reza provides. Everything was always done by the book, up to code, and with the utmost quality provided. The pride of workmanship is self evident. When we decided we would finish our basement on our new home, my husband and I decided to look around online for a contractor and ask around from friends for their recommendations. Creek Construction was the first contractor we spoke with. Reza was very personable and forthcoming. I never doubted his sincerity on price and offerings. However, we still needed to do our due diligence. So we shopped around for months during the winter and came full circle back to Reza. The price was right, his personality and customer service was great and his offerings included providing full labour, fixtures and materials. And what was even more appealing is the fact that he offered warranty inclusive. During the job, his workers were well mannered, professional and fast. We have had a great experience with creek construction. From the planning stage to completion, they were considerate and understanding. Throughout the demo and construction we were asked about how we felt and any concerns we had. Everyone did their best to make the process as easy as possible on us; from bringing in a spare sink to pausing construction to let us bring our dogs out. They were honest and did their best to complete the project in a reasonable time. We will definitely be considering them for future projects. read more
