After some very negative experiences with other contractors, we were weary about spending any more money on the house and I was thinking of going back to a condo. Elite Eaves & Exteriors helped me love my house again. We hired Elite to install new eaves, soffit, siding, and signage. Ernie and his son, Peter were excellent. They took their time with us and helped us in pick out the perfect color to match the brick work we wanted to keep. They kept us informed and monitored the progress of the installation. Their workers were polite, friendly and professional. We had a great experience working with Elite for our project.

There's not a group of people more professional and dedicated to their craft than the Creek Construction team. Their work is quality, efficient, and quick. Reza quoted us and worked with us with our budget and offered quality advice and even went above and beyond when we had surprises pop up as we brought an older home. Communication was constant and we always felt we were a part of the team in building the concept of our dream home. Some of our ideas proved tricky to accomplish but Reza and the team accommodated us continuously and worked tirelessly throughout that they still delivered on the agreed-upon date of completion despite all the adjustments we had to do along the way. The team is very friendly and gave us recommendations especially since we're new home owners and they proved to be very flexible and stood by their work. We still have some more work slated for the summer and we will definitely go back to Creek's Construction as we trust the team to do very quality and excellent work!!!

Do not buy a gut renovation house from them or you are asking for headaches. You…read moreand learn after the fact that what you got was cheap/half-ass work, used material and appliances, hidden problems, and grief each time you turn around. Inspection will be fooled with the initial finished loo to get away with but it won't catch the hidden problems like used appliances that work for a few months and then you are spending more money buying new and insulation that wasn't added. If caught in time, they come back to fix something but will cut corners and don't actually fix it by trying to cover it up with paint. The paint will discolour if something is against it. I could go on. The good reviews either got lucky or they were paying them to do work while they were around to check. Do not purchase a gut renovation from them. They either do not check the contractors work when finished or they are in cahoots with them for cutting corners.

NOOO! They came to look at my tub faucet and told me to I needed to get a new one. Charged me $180…read moreto look at it which included a $100 service call, however, If they were hired to install it when it came in, then I wouldn't be charged another $100 service call. Called them back a few weeks later (Covid slow-down caused a delay in getting my new faucet) and the they installed it. That night, go to take a bath and the water poured out very slowly. I couldn't get a single bubble from the bubble bath. I checked under the tub and the hose was kinked! Called Darlene the receptionist the next day. Turns out the plumber kinked it on purpose as the hand hel on purpose! Not only that, he also installed a new faucet for this bathroom's sink, and he installed it backwards - the on position was actually the off and vice versa. So, after a few calls by me to them, they finally agreed to get a part to fix this issue. I called Darlene 3 times over the next month and never got a decent response from her as to the status of the repair. She said she would discuss it with the boss and get to me, but she never did. The only excuse I received was that everything that could go wrong went wrong with this install and that the original installer usually worked on commercial buildings. I ended up having to go to Regina Plumbing myself to meet with the manager, who wasn't there of course. He was at a customers. But they did tell me who the part supplier was so I went to get the part. I showed this supplier pictures of the kinked hose, the backward sink taps and he noticed that the tub faucet wasn't installed correctly either, and that the switch to flip between the tap faucet and the hand held shower wouldn't work either. Actually, it was such a mess, we both had a good laugh about it. I finally got in touch with a manager at Regina Plumbing, who played me against Darlene and refused to listen to what actually happened, constantly interrupted me (I'm female) and didn't want to meet with me due to Covid (but they still made house calls). I now had the part myself and had to request another plumber from their firm to come to fix this mess. Note too that you have to pay at the time of the work, which is fine, but they don't give you a copy of the invoice . I found out they did in fact charge me again for the service call for their second coming. Eight months later, I'm still waiting for the $100 refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any contractor what-so-ever. Rude, incompetent and they take no responsibility for their ineptness.
