History

Established in 2019.

Realty One Real Estate Services was founded in 2011, on the idea of creating a brokerage where good people could run their businesses, helping people buy and sell homes. Since then Realty One has become the longest standing and most successful independent brokerages in the city. With this continued success we have expanded our services to now include property management; Gramercy Management Group. Gramercy Management Group is a residential, commercial and condominium management team that provides a superior service to a wide range of real estate owners and investors. We believe in continually pursuing new solutions with the potential to transform the property management industry and redefine the service that clients can expect from their property manager. At Gramercy Management group, we will take the stress out of owning real estate. Our services are designed so your role as an owner is to sit back and relax. Meet the Business Owner: Danielle F.

Danielle has worked in property management and facility management for more than 15 years. Danielle received her Diploma in Architectural and Building Technologies as well as an Applied Certificate in Architectural Heritage and Building Renovations from SIAST in 2006. She also has certifications in Project Management and Change Management and is a Facility Management Professional. She is a licensed property manager and Realtor® through the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission and is a board member for CCI – South Saskatchewan Chapter.
