Creek's Construction recently did the renovations on the home we recently brought and we definitely…read morecannot recommend them enough! We are just purely grateful and impressed. There's not a group of people more professional and dedicated to their craft than the Creek Construction team. Their work is quality, efficient, and quick. Reza quoted us and worked with us with our budget and offered quality advice and even went above and beyond when we had surprises pop up as we brought an older home. Communication was constant and we always felt we were a part of the team in building the concept of our dream home. Some of our ideas proved tricky to accomplish but Reza and the team accommodated us continuously and worked tirelessly throughout that they still delivered on the agreed-upon date of completion despite all the adjustments we had to do along the way. The team is very friendly and gave us recommendations especially since we're new home owners and they proved to be very flexible and stood by their work. We still have some more work slated for the summer and we will definitely go back to Creek's Construction as we trust the team to do very quality and excellent work!!!

Do not buy a gut renovation house from them or you are asking for headaches. You…read moreand learn after the fact that what you got was cheap/half-ass work, used material and appliances, hidden problems, and grief each time you turn around. Inspection will be fooled with the initial finished loo to get away with but it won't catch the hidden problems like used appliances that work for a few months and then you are spending more money buying new and insulation that wasn't added. If caught in time, they come back to fix something but will cut corners and don't actually fix it by trying to cover it up with paint. The paint will discolour if something is against it. I could go on. The good reviews either got lucky or they were paying them to do work while they were around to check. Do not purchase a gut renovation from them. They either do not check the contractors work when finished or they are in cahoots with them for cutting corners.

BUYER BEWARE! This…read moreis a horrible company and absolutely terrible customer service.  Stay completely clear of Prairie Boy Windows and Doors,  go to the competition!  Let me repeat, STAY COMPLETELY CLEAR OF PBW. I initiated discussions and cummunication with PBW back in November, 2021. I was assured an early spring time frame would not be an issue and have documented communication to that effect. Based on that commitment, I provided a deposit after reviewing the quote. Since following-up regularily as early as January 2022,  there has been repeated excuses, lack of meaningful communication or simply no reponses at all, breach of confirmed (written) comittments. Simply put,  NO EFFORT on the part of PrairieBoyWindows  (Joe - President/Owner/Operator) of PBW to fulfill this order to completion.  In fact, never got a direct answer if my Windows were ever ordered,  available and ready for installation! After nearly 8  months, I expressed my FRUSTRATION  and in clear terms,  stated this is totally UNACCEPTABLE and would like the  order CANCELLED and DEMANDED a refund of my deposit. I took immediate action and filed complaints with BBB, Consumer Affairs Authority, consulted a lawyer and contacted local Police Service to report potential fraud activity and theft of funds. Police were willing to sit down with me and go through my documentation. (I kept all communication on record, - work order, money transfer, emails and notes on any phone calls) After advising Prairie Boy Windows of my intentions, and taking action, I did get a full refund but at the expense of going through a completely frustrating experience from the start. Now, judge for yourself and see reviews of others who have posted before me on Google, TrustedPro, BBB, etc etc. Folks,  I encourage you to keep good records of anything they (Prairie  Boy Windows and Doors)  provides and/or says, including dates/times of calls etc,  to hold them accountable.
