My apartment had a rampart cockroach problem upon moving in, this wasn't told to me during my initial walkthrough (which took place during the day of course with the showing agent already there before I arrived, presumably to get the infestation to scurry and hide before my arrival.). When I brought this up with Wade Probe, one of the managers at PR Investments, he told me they would get to right away, after 3 weeks and about 40 calls from myself later, he sent someone who showed up with the incorrect materials and couldn't fix the problem. 2 weeks after that a different exterminator arrived and fixed the problem only partially. So 5 weeks of living with a roach infestation was my first and only impression of the garbage that is PR Investments. DO NOT RENT WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!! You're welcome.
