The days of customer is always right are over and this company is leading the way. They don't care about the condo owners. Their vision and mission statements are completely anti-resident. Dig into their past history and you can come to some conclusions about why they are the way they are with their "mandatory" inspections.

My parents and the new owners were poorly handled from Mariel at Re/Max. Mariel only cared about…read moreher money and did not prove otherwise. For instance, my dad offered to give his new contact information to the buyers of his house if for intimate knowledge of the upkeep of the house's flood pumps, water treatment machines etc... Mariel, interjected quickly, saying no need.... well wouldn't you know it, those young, new home owners never thought to ask a question on their own, Mariel didn't ask if they had questions and or tell them, about the gesture my dad made.... 2 years later, that house went on the market.... flood damage, 2-3 feet in the basement due: heavy snowfalls that winter melted at spring, the home lot of a lower soil point as compared to the neighboring lots and the young home owners being naive. Great job Mariel at Re/Max! That disappointed my folks and temporarily ruined the lives of those home-owners. Mariel also cut corners to make things more expedient for her, that I am not going to divulge details, but it is regarding her commission and the funds transfer which was good for her and hard on my parents for 1-2 months on their new house. Re/Max might be a great company, but our family didn't experience thanks to all-about-her-cut Mariel.. Avoid her like the plague.

But I know that they will respond right away for any calls and whatever time of the day. And I observe that our pathways,parking and sorrounding areas within the building are clear of snow and safe for us to walk and drive.
