Lucky a couple good 'inspector' type employees came to fix all our issues and they admitted the crew screwed up in many areas of the job. This crew was 'the best crew' as per our representative at Wheatland which now makes me shake my head and laugh. And to end our relationship by arguing over your miscommunication is petty. While arranging this in person at their office, I was given a yellow copy of a form with some faint notations on it. But the rep said I would be getting an extremely detailed list of everything they're doing. When I realized this would not be a contract, but a report, sent weeks after the job was complete, I asked for a real contract, not just a yellow paper with very little on it, he refused. I should have backed out then - my bad. That winter I researched replacing my attic insulation and adding roof vents. I briefly emailed Wheatland about my plan to add roof vents, and they confirmed that the only way to preserve my warranty was to have them do the work. In the Spring, I had the old insulation removed and called Wheatland. A different representative promptly scheduled an appointment to do an inspection and an estimate. But Wheatland failed to show up for the appointment. I called and the rep apologized profusely and made another appointment for the next day. But they missed that one too! Again I called. But now the language had changed and they would only mention coming over if they had spare time. They missed a third "appointment." When I asked what was going on, the person said they normally charge 300 bucks for the estimate. I asked why are they only telling me this now? They said it was because I was such a good customer. This didn't make any sense, of course. But I was actually too angry to think straight. So I said I would consider this further and hung up. I'm feeling very frustrated. I really don't want to contact them again. Also, when I had the insulation removed and got a look underneath the roof deck, I noticed several things that worried me: where the chimney was removed, there is now nothing to support the roof deck but a trisected rafter with the middle part missing; the original tongue & groove deck is cracked and broken where the turbo-vents were installed; where the old vents were removed, there appears to be some sort of metal covering (don't know if that's ok or not).

After our experience, with Jamie Erhdal, where Euroshield shingles, on our home, were incorrectly…read moreinstalled, and Royal vinyl siding, on our shed, displays poor workmanship, please continue to shop elsewhere. We contacted Euroshield, which mediated the roofing deficiencies. Jamie's reaction was his screaming at us, from our roof, because of his having to rectify roofing deficiencies, by his workers. Jamie employed intimidation, by bringing two contract roofers with him, after Euroshield stepped in, which lead to Jamie's anger, and yelling at us from our roof, as witnessed by these two roofers, he brought. As for the vinyl siding, Jamie has failed to arrive at appointments, which he sets up. Jamie's promises to have the shed siding redone, has never come to fruition. Photos of roofing and siding were provided to Jamie., timely. Euroshield has photos of the roofing installation. We have all documentation ... photos, text messages, emails, etc. In our view, step away from Jamie Erhdal's business, as no one deserves the intimidation tactics he employed, disrespect by a business owner or lack of good customer service, as we have experienced and in our opinion, including elder abuse. Highly not recommended.
