These guys are hired to do my condo property and have been absolutely terrible in the past…read more After the most recent snowfall, we (multiple tenants) shoveled a little pathway (half a shovel wide) to get to our parking lot in the afternoon. They showed up at night, but instead of doing their job, they just took pictures of the property and packed up and left. If you have the chance to hire them, hire a few 10 year olds with a shovel instead. These guys are the absolute worst. And their lawn "care" isn't much better, either.

My dad was dying of cancer and hoped that he could help my mom out after he passed away. This was NOT "worry free" for my mother at all. They mowed half the grass too low and that half of the yard had dead, yellow grass. When a complaint went in, we were told to just water it more. Their response time is awful and they pick and choose what emails, texts or phone calls they will respond to. My mom waited weeks to hear from Austin, but they will certainly respond when money is involved. Many, many chances were given and each time it was absolute disappointment for my mom. Brutal customer service, awful job done on the grass and then cut off services to my mother without reducing monthly pay. They do not care about their customers. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
