I called them back and left messages for months after they cancelled. When I was booking, I had asked if he could wear a mask and she said no he wouldn't be. I asked if he would be sanitizing his hands (this is when the pandemic was in full force) and she scoffed and said no, but he could wash them if I wanted. I agreed for them to still come clean my carpets despite her rude and confusing attitude. I have an illness and so I need green carpet cleaners. But just because of those two questions, and even though I still wanted them to come in, they refused to adhere to their commitment to clean my carpets, even though I stated I had an illness and needed their help.
