They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail. South Sagamore's communication could have been improved, but overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence on Cape Cod!

They wanted me to be happy with the work. If we stayed with the original plan of having the workers stay the full 15 hrs, there wouldn't be this issue and I would have $800 back. I didn't want or need a rush job done. I only want to pay $2100. Not $2900. I was willing to pay a few hundred more for additional supplies. Adding more workers was never discussed. I don't think that it's fair or right to throw this fee at me because you added another worker.

I have been in the service business for over 55 years. I have managed restaurants for close to 50…read moreyears, including owning my own restaurant in Falmouth for nearly 13 years. I know excellent service when I experience it. This review is for the exceptional service I received when using Atlantic Marble & Granite, in Falmouth. We were doing a very needed remolding of our kitchen after over 35 years of use. During the remodel, I contacted three countertop companies and visited each one of them. From the three quotes, I received the best price from Atlantic. Not only did I get follow up with them on their quote, one of the companies never followed up with us at all. That made my decision easier. We met with a very lovely person at Atlantic, Bella, short for Izabella, and she was amazing from the start. She was knowledgeable and very patient as she helped us pick out the perfect color. We gave her all of the measurements and she took it from there. Within just a short time, they were out doing a template and a week later, the counter was ready to be installed. Unfortunately, because of issues with our cabinet makers, they had to hold it for 3 weeks. No problem they said. When the time came, they came out installing our new quartz counter. They were very courteous and professional. I was amazed the counter fit like a glove, especially where it had a jog in it and they were able manufacture it with no seam. We were very happy and the new counter looks amazing. If you ever need any type of marble, granite, quartz work, I would strongly advise you to check them out. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Tell them Jack sent you and Bella I said hello.

Maria was extremely helpful and patient with me as I struggled to make up my mind. She was careful not to overwhelm me with too many choices and even suggested a slab which was in stock which saved us some time & money. I really appreciated the template process they used. I was able to see what the counter flow would look like before they cut the slab. Most importantly, they removed the old countertop on installation day! Crew did an excellent job with the installation. It looks even better than we had hoped. We're very pleased!

If you're looking for an outfit that can do any job, from building entire houses start to finish,…read moreto simply building you a deck or replacing stairs, Longfellow Design Build is an excellent choice. They have pros in all of the building trades: foundations, HVAC, framing, electrical, plumbing, interior design, specialty kitchens and bathrooms...it an all-inclusive experience and they handle everything. Their name says it all. Design Build. That's what we wanted and that's what they delivered, every step of the way, including permitting with the town, architectural drawings, elevations and blueprints, engineering schematics and plans, and of course all elements of construction both outside and inside. We contracted Longfellow to design and build an entire 2ndfloor for our cottage in the Swifts Beach area of Wareham. They worked closely with us and provided several options for materials, fixtures and appliances, flooring, lighting, etc. They invited us to consult with them at every stage, and they willingly changed some of the plans during construction when we asked for some additional windows and partition walls. No problem. We were so pleased with the end-result of our new upstairs that we had them renovate our downstairs, too. We had them re-shingle our entire home, add new hardwood floors throughout the downstairs, insulate, drywall, and plaster all of our 1st floor walls, replace some windows, and replace all of our downstairs electrical outlets. These folks are fast, too. Honestly...in two days' time they demolished our roof, framed and decked the new 2nd floor, erected all of the outer walls, framed the new roof which included a massive, sturdy LVL beam for the ridge board, and then sheathed and wrapped it all in Tyvek. We were dumbfounded. Their electricians are first rate, and fast. It's the same with every other aspect of their construction, including keeping the yard clean and being courteous to our neighbors. They have several skilled crews and multiple trade masters on their team, with showrooms in Falmouth, Osterville, Sandwich, and Harwich Port. They also construct and remodel homes in the local towns off-Cape, which was the case with us. In short, Longfellow Design Build took our three-season cottage and transformed it into beautiful, comfortable, weather-tight, luxurious, year-round home, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT! We are so glad we entrusted them with our whole-home makeover. They hit a home run for us. Cally Robyn Wareham, Massachusetts
