I cannot say enough good things about this company. From start to finish we had a great experience. We had our shed installed on July 21, 2025 and they were early and arrived at 9am. The targeted time was between 10 and 12. I watched these 4 guys and they were all business! They worked so well as a team and everyone had their role to play. The shed went up quick and I had done the prep on the site per Reeds Ferry's instructions. By 11am they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The foreman talked to me about the warranty and asked if I had any questions. I know this shed will last for 30 years because it is built very well with quality products. You may pay a little more for a shed at Reeds Ferry, but you won't need to replace it and you get exactly what you paid for. We couldn't be happier with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to wait a while before they could get to us and believe me it was worth the wait. These guys were professional and if you had your own business these are the guys you want working for you. Then I called to see if I could get installation earlier than scheduled. I got a call about a week later for the reschedule that I wanted. The crew arrived promptly at 09:30am and completed my beautiful 16x12 shed by 02:30pm. Now I can start cleaning out my garage and basement of all those lawn care things and lawn furniture that belong in the shed. All I can say is that I need to pile on to the 5 stars for these guys. Class act all the way, you may be tempted to save a few dollars and go for something cheaper, but if you let RFS install your shed, years from now you will realize that you have never had to worry about anything regarding your shed and start to wonder if it will outlive your house. This would also be on top of the fact that installation may seem like it will be stressful, time consuming and require all this followup about issues and missed install dates and it not being right. RFS shows up with super clean high end equipment right on time. These guys don't screw around making a mess and not doing what they stated they would. They go over what they are going to do with you and answer any possible question you have. Then they go to work like the very well trained crews they are. It is really impressive how fast they can get this done and the results are 100% solid. They will then let you know they are finished and could we please give you a full inspection of the shed and ask if there is anything at all that is not to your expectations of how it should be. They then explain the warranty so you are very clear that they are proud of their work and are very willing to stand behind it. They make sure not a scrap is left of mess and move on to the next job. I guess the only negative that I know about is they don't seem to do any other products than sheds. I wish they did general contracting. read more

Awesome quality sheds and great customer service! I recently bought a house that came with a Reeds Ferry shed and have been extremely happy with it. Unfortunately, when I bought the house, I wasn't given the keys to the shed. To try to resolve this issue I emailed Reeds Ferry to see if there was a way to buy an extra set of keys. They promptly responded and, after giving them my home address, were able to look up the shed and send me a new set of keys - at no charge! Small acts like this make a difference and I can guarantee if I ever need a new shed again it will be with them...although I have a feeling that won't be the case for a while with how well built my current shed is. read more

For what it's worth, my husband and I are the homeowners of the This Old House Arlington Arts & Crafts project house and we explored pre-fabricated shed options for an idea we had. People often talk about wanting to support local business. We ultimately decide based on product quality, price or customer service and most of us probably want all three. On every level, this is a company that seems to have it all figured out and it was a pleasure to do business with them. We went up to their NH outdoor showroom with a good idea of what we were looking for based on the website, but--wow--being able to see all the different sheds, sizes, and features in person was incredibly helpful. We didn't give anyone at Reeds Ferry advance notice that we'd be making a visit. It was a big summer holiday weekend, a somewhat last minute decision to make the trip, and we have to admit - we were pretty much expecting to encounter folks not wanting to be there but we were on a deadline and we just needed to make a final decision on sizing. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. The guys were so helpful and friendly. We had a fun time and came away with new ideas. We picked out a shed and within the same day, the crushed rock was laid out and the shed was built. It's construction is sturdy and the craftsmanship showed and it came with a 30 year warranty. The quality of the company and its services is excellent from start to finish. The workmanship of the shed is superior in everyway. All of the communications with the office staff as well as men who assembled were top notch. Actually, there was a small board on the ramp into the shed that was very slightly upturned. I did not expect that it would be eligible for repair but called anyway to simply check on that fact. From start to finish Reeds Ferry is number one hands down. I thought they were way more expensive than other places , but they are reasonable and a lot less than you think. And the quality is top notch bar none. On Sept 24th My shed was installed. I sat on my deck and watch the precision at which the operation was delivered. From the greeting to the putting together of the shed was an experience. Cody Josh Jacob and Brian were great. Friendly. Gentlemen. I watched as they prepared the site, and the shed went up with amazing ease. Now my wife and I had also purchased a cupola with a weathervane. It was pointed out to us by the crew that there was a crack in the glass. We never would have noticed , but they installed it and someone is replacing it next week. REALLY happy so far with the service we've gotten from Reed's Ferry. We stumbled over them in the winter and went in to look at Sheds. The sheds are gorgeous...really well made and very roomy. They can adapt them to almost any type of need or usage and that was very attractive for us because we desperately need to maximize our storage. They wrote us a quote and we went home to save our pennies...and then lost the quote. I contacted them via email and also discovered that they do live chat through the website. Kara was super prompt and helpful, found the quote and emailed it to me. About five minutes later I got a response to my email as well...I said super prompt, right? As you may imagine, the owner of this company was upset that I had a bad experience with the installation of my shed. Bill, the owner, was forthcoming, kind and apologetic. He was ready and willing to solve my problem at any cost. Its important to note that it has been close to 8 years since my shed installation and Bill offered to correct my problem even if it took to build me a new shed. I declined Bill's offer as that would have been taking advantage on my part. However, I truly appreciated the offer and I thanked Bill for responding to me in such a fast and friendly manner. The door on a shed I purchased over 5 years ago was not closing exactly right. I went to their website, sent an email to service describing the problem and provided my address. We bought our shed over 5 years ago and due to some settling one of the doors was not lining up quite right, making it difficult to shut completely. I'm sure tough winters and abuse by my kids has contributed to the problem. About a month ago, I gave Reeds Ferry sheds a two star review due to the lack of communication regarding an on-site measurement and shed assessment, and mentioned that I would take my business elsewhere. Well, one of the owners of the company, Tim Carleton, called me after reading the review. He apologized profusely and wanted to know how and where they "dropped the ball" and to discuss exactly what happened. He offered me the shed of my choice for half the price and came out for the measurement with Mike Lacorsia, the on-site guy. Now it's two weeks later and I already have a beautiful brand new shed for cost! That also included hauling my old shed away and the crushed stone base prep! Tim and Mike offered thier sincere apologies and more than made up for the lack of communication during earlier attempts for an on-site. After a large pine tree destroyed my back yard shed, I noticed the Reeds Ferry TV ad. It only took a visit to their facility after glancing at box store sheds to decide that I wanted a "good shed". They walked us through the various shed sizes and designs and made us aware of all the options available. Once we decided on the size, design, and options, they recommended a landscaper to prepare the shed site. We used their landscaper and are very glad we did. When the shed installers arrived, the shed fit the pad perfectly and it was level. The only worrisome part was the original delivery estimate was two months after the order. But the landscaper showed up a lot faster than his original estimate so that allowed us to get on Reeds Ferry's wait list for an earlier delivery. We ended up getting our shed two months earlier. Three men showed up to assemble the shed at 7AM and they were finished three hours later. It was amazing to watch them smoothly, efficiently, and professionally assemble the shed. They operated as if they rehearsed the job hundreds of times. No movement was wasted. I watched every step of the job and although I'm a finicky person to please, I never once felt uncomfortable with what they did or how they did it. And the fit of the various shed parts was incredible. I found myself saying wow when they popped the last wall in place. The attention to detail is impressive, right down to the anti pest material installed at the corners of the walls. I could not be happier with my shed. read more
