    The crew in truck number 10 ( Justin , Ray and Tucker ) installed our new 10x14 American Classic Shed this morning, after dismantling and removing our old shed. They really know their jobs . The entire project went like clock work . They are very particular with everything they do and when finished the shed looked beautiful . Everything fits together perfectly and is totally level . As an added bonus these 3 guys have great personalities and are very outgoing. Thanks for a great job . Linda Janson Londonderry , NH

    Eric, Steve and Erik were awesome. I took them less than 5 hours to put my shed together. The shed looks great. I highly recommend this company.

    I recently purchased a Reed's Ferry shed and could not be happier about it. Besides being a high quality shed, the service was great. They called 2 days before delivery, showed up at exectly when they said they would (within 1 minute!), and took only a few hours to assemble it. Fantastic experience all the way around. I think it's because they use their own employees and don't subcontract installation to other companies. But whatever the reason, I would most definitely buy from them again.

    Reeds Ferry is the BEST place around to but a shed! They have a wide selection of styles available. We bought our shed there years ago, and it still looks great! We just went back recently to buy a pergola for the top. They even have a shed or should I say small building that you could use for an ice cream stand! Great place, and great people.

    If you live in MA, NH, RI and the other parts of New England that Reeds Ferry Sheds services and need a shed, look no further. Top notch customer service and exceptional quality are just two of the reasons that this small, family owned company has been in business for over 50 years. As many other people have noted in their reviews, their customer service is second to none. From helping me choose the right shed (that nicely matches my house), to site prep and installation. The team at Reeds Ferry Shed was friendly and helpful the entire way. I'm also confident that if I ever have a problem that they'll stand by their 30 year warranty. Having previously worked in construction I can appreciate the workmanship and quality of materials that goes into their sheds, which is the other big reason I recommend Reeds Ferry: they by far have the highest quality sheds in the area. The plastic things they sell at the big box stores are a joke and look like they'll fall apart within a year or two. Similarly the framed wooden sheds they sell at the big box stores might not look that bad, but upon closer inspection you can tell they cut corners and the materials aren't as good. There are also some other stores in the area that sell nice, well built sheds but even these are surpassed by Reeds Ferry in regards to materials and workmanship. Price wise the sheds are competitive with other shed builders in the area, and while they may be more expensive than what you get at the big box stores if you consider that you are making an investment in a high quality structure that will stand up to the elements and the test of time, than the price is easily justifiable. Again, there's a reason this family business has been around for 50+ years; customer service and quality.

    Here's my new Reeds Ferry. A major improvement! Plenty of head space. And it matches my house -- white with green shutters -- very happy!

    After a shed is ordered, how long does it take for delivery and installation?

    I'm thinking couple of weeks. My concern was quality and any needed follow up. Mine installed 12 years ago and they recently (without hesitation) covered a warranty repair. Think long term!

It's exactly what they promised! It is what we need to store our snow blower, etc. I asked endless questions and the owner, Jon, and another employee named Lauren were incredibly patient. They answered every question within a day or less. I have had so many negative experiences with contractors, but this was a great purchase from the first email to the professional install. At one point, Jon said I could have the guy who installed our shed pad (see picture) call him if he had questions to ensure it was done properly for drainage purposes. I have never had such a positive experience with a major purchase-- of anything. I wish I needed another shed. I would buy one from them again. My suggestion is to find out exactly what you need to ensure a seamless install. They list details on their website for reference. Send them a picture and ask if it looks reasonably within their parameters. They answered every question. A good quality shed isn't cheap, but done well-- it's so worth the money. I want to add that the crew who installed the shed were incredibly professional. They showed up early. They worked diligently. They got the shed up in a very timely fashion and cleaned up better than anyone who has ever done work on our property. I highly recommend NEO and Eastern Shed who did the install. Great service.     I bought my snowblower from them 5 years ago and had no issues. Sales and delivery were good, and…read moreit's been running well since. It was starting to act up last week so I call on 1/20. They were able to pick it up the next day and did warn me they were about a week behind. There was a little more of a delay but that was because they still had my old phone number listed on their paperwork. Less than two weeks and it's ready. They'll have it delivered on the 5th. Very happy with the service. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the price is a bit high, but it did include pick up and drop off.

My husband, after performing the maintenance on our mower and having it still not start, brought it to Outdoor Power for help. They told him that since he did the maintenance it shouldn't take long to fix it, and it would probably take about a week. Two weeks later we received a call that the carburetor was broken and we needed a new blade, which would take about 3-5 days. Slightly annoyed that it already took an extra week for that call, we understood (being in customer service ourselves) that sometimes things happen and we would wait the 3-5 days. Fast forward and we still heard nothing. My husband finally called up again after two weeks and we were told they were waiting for the blade to arrive from Husqvarna. They said they would follow up with us on when the blade would arrive but never called back. My husband then called the following Saturday seeking an update and was told that there was an issue with Husqvarna and some of the crates never showed up and they were fighting with Husqvarna to get it resolved. My husband called again this past Saturday and we were told they were still waiting on the blade, but had to wait for Aaron Nickerson, service manager, to give us a call back and advise us on the situation. Aaron did call my husband on Monday and said it was out of his control and that my husband should take the initiative to call Husqvarna and complain about Nashua Outdoor Power's order to escalate our situation. At that point a loaner mower was offered to us with no guarantee this mower would be done in time, which my husband declined because we had ordered a blade off of Amazon at that point and it was arriving today. In customer service, why is it the customer's responsibility to escalate your issue? It is very disappointing that this is what was explained as a way to solve our problem after it was clearly being escalated. It is not our problem to solve your distribution issues. Shouldn't that be Aaron's job as the service manager for your company? It took over 6 weeks to get our mower back, my husband ordered a blade to see what would happen and it took a week to arrive to our home. In 6 weeks, what do you think our lawn looks like? It amazes me it took 6 weeks to even be offered the loaner. It cost $180 to get this all repaired and done. The best you could do was $20 off to save the customer. To boot, when the mower was handed over to us, you had placed a large decal of your company on our mower without asking our permission to do so. What makes you think this would be okay after 6 weeks of waiting and clearly the customer wasn't happy? Now we have the annoyance of using all of our goo gone to take this off. We went to your company expecting a premium service, and your service was completely unacceptable. We'll be looking to ordering our parts from Amazon going forward and hiring the neighborhood serviceman to do the work.
