I called the following Wednesday and was informed that the gate was not on the truck and I would have to wait another week to pick up the gate. After waiting another week I called your Plymouth location to see if my gate could be picked up. Didn't make the truck again!!! I was informed that the gate was in Stoughton. Now waiting 3 weeks for my gate I told Mr. Cunningham, I would pick up the gate. Picked up the gate and drove back To Mattapoisett to install the gate. The gate was manufactured to 45.75" wide and looks awful installed on my beautiful fence . Mr Cunningham made a note on the work order that " MAKE ACTUAL WITH 46.75"-THIS IS IMPORTANT. This was not a good experience. After posting this review I was contacted by the owner ,he gave me is personal cell number and he offered to replace the gate and personally deliver it to my home.
