Paint damage on drivers side door edge.
    Albert L.

Okay, I gave the Walnut Hand Wash the benefit of the doubt last week after having my 2013 F150 washed and realizing when I got home that there was two paint chips on my trucks paint. A small chip on the edge of the drivers side door and another on the lower bed panel on the drivers side as well. I chalked it up to normal wear and tear, even though I am probably one of the most meticulous people when it comes to my vehicles. Well, today I just got home from having my truck washed again and wouldn't you know it, there are two more paint chips in my paint. The first one is located on the lower section of the drivers side door and the second on the lower section of the passenger side door. It's pretty disappointing to say the least considering that I haven't even owned my truck for more than a year and there is already paint damage, because of carelessness. I should have done myself a favor and inspected my truck before I left the car wash today, but being the nice guy that I am, I tipped the car wash employee and drove off. I always thought the people that would inspect their vehicle from top to bottom after having it washed were rude and inconsiderate, but I guess you have to do that to ensure that there is no damage after the fact. I called and left a message informing Walnut Hand Wash what has occurred and will give them the opportunity to make it right. I will update this review if and when I am contacted by an employee. **UPDATE** It has been a week since I have informed Walnut Hand Wash of the paint damage they caused to my truck. I have not received any follow up from an employee, so my review will stand. Take my advise and if you care about the paint condition on your vehicle... Inspect your car after it is washed, or just avoid this car wash. It is obvious that the employees who are washing cars inside the wash bay are not taking precaution when opening the vehicles doors as noted by the photos I have posted.

When my car is dirty, it's dirty. I forget to give it it's TLC it deserves. So, I spend a few extra bucks to come here! Expect to wait because this place takes their time. There's plenty of waiting areas and free wifi! Grab one of those get 10 washes, get one free.

Best car wash ever. Prices start at $14.95 for basic car wash (SUVs extra) and can go up to $100+ for detail work. They do a fabulous job here, even if you only ordered their most basic wash. It is almost as if it had been detailed. The workers here like to spend their time and they are very meticulous! I have spent the same amount of money for an automated car wash elsewhere.. and have had half the effort and time put into cleaning the car. I drive the extra 15 mins together here because I know the owner/manager (nice lady with the ponytail and visor) and her staff will not disappoint. Bring a book or something to entertain yourselves because it's worth the wait!

I came back to my car, there were visible, black markings/smudges all around the car. My boyfriend and I went back to clean each of them which took about 5 minutes each. (Sorry no pic cause I was so pissed) Went to the back, trunk and back bumper were so wet still - had to wipe that down also. What pissed me off the most was they spilled something on the drivers seat!! (See attached photo) luckily, I had a leather cleaner but honestly, very unprofessional. They also air dried the Windows leaving water marks. Overall, I left the car wash super annoyed. I'm giving them two stars rather than one because I believe the people here are nice and super hardworking. The interior clean is thorough but I'm PISSED about my seats. Also, they clearly don't have enough people working and should think about expanding since there's so many car owners willing to give them business. If you have an hour & a half to waste, then go ahead, come here. Tips: try going in the morning on a weekday. Or else you'll end up waiting forever. Be aggressive when trying to pay. You really have to flag Maria down or else you will NOT be serviced. I've came and left several times for this reason. Not a great system in place!

It was only after I noticed and brought up the damage that I was told it had "already been there." This contradicts the claim that any concerns were discussed beforehand. To clarify, the area is discoloration mentioned in Jesus's comment was from a side panel of the back seat which I acknowledged after the service that it was already there. The area of concern is separate from the damage shown in the photos and not what I am referring to in my complaint. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. After Jesus left, I reached out to express my frustration. We exchanged a few messages, and then communication stopped entirely. I received no follow-up, no resolution, and no effort to address the issue. Being ignored after raising a legitimate concern only added to the disappointment. I drive my vehicle daily and am very familiar with its condition. Even my husband, who frequently drives my car, confirmed that the discoloration and roughness on the gear shifter were not present prior to the detailing. His vehicle is nearly 10 years older than mine, yet his gear shifter shows far less wear. It is unreasonable to suggest that this level of damage was already there. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is demonstrated through honesty, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I would caution others and recommend asking detailed questions and documenting your vehicle's condition before service. I hope this company takes feedback seriously and improves transparency, communication, and accountability moving forward.

I've previously tried 4 different shops for different projects, I've also done a few full DIY pre-cut PPF installs myself. But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

She took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step before starting the work. The quality of her installation was excellent.. clean edges, no bubbles, and great attention to detail. What really impressed me was how reasonable her pricing was compared to other shops I researched. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Because of how happy I was with the partial PPF, I've decided to move forward with a full PPF installation with Wrapstars in the near future to protect the entire vehicle. I'm looking forward to it and feel confident based on their reputation and the work I've seen so far. If you're looking for high-quality PPF with honest pricing and great customer service, I highly recommend Sienna. I'll be updating my review again after completing the full wrap with Wrapstars.

Still, these guys outdid me with kindness and care. I had my car ceramic coated and their reviews were great but i also look for the small things like how they treat your before, during, and after your experience. Firstly, they're nice but in a REAL way. Not a fake, trying to sell you something way. You can tell that guys are real because i talked with them a good amount of time and we were there just talking about our families and life experiences. Somehow all this while hustling and getting work done in a beautifully clean shop. These guys are PASSIONATE and it shows. I always want to know the people I'm around are smarter than me and really into their craft. Well these guy's are artists and i felt like i was invited into their world of elite car design and maintenance. They completed my car in 2 days and then booked an appointment to return so they could walk me through my first wash. They spent an hour with me, showing me how and where to buy the products. This was all free and they even put a secret candy bag in my passenger seat for me to snack on for the drive home haha. I'm going back for my ceramic tint and i know it'll just feel like catching up with friends and family. I love you guys!

He explained that if the PPF or window tinted bubbles due to the new application, they would take care of it, which really shows how much they stand by their work. I can't complain at all about the service or the skills here. Overall, an excellent experience and definitely a 5/5. Highly recommend.
