Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at this car wash was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. Instead of resolving issues respectfully, staff members acted threatening and made the situation very uncomfortable. I also noticed suspicious activity involving my card after visiting, which raised serious concerns for me about the security and professionalism of this business. Because of that experience, I would strongly recommend others monitor their accounts carefully if they choose to come here. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My hubby and I also like the car wash experience at Rowland Heights Express. My hubby joined the monthly car wash package for $20/month, Classic unlimited wash. We rarely need to wait at their car wash, so it saved us so much time. They provide clean towels, vacuum, and air blowers. They now have a special promotion, like a Happy Hour discount, from Monday to Friday between 12 and 3 p.m., where you can get $3 off a single car wash, so I paid only $7 for a Classic single wash. I like that it's quiet and not crowded, but I also hope their car wash business does well. They should improve their social media presence, such as their Instagram or website, to keep it up to date. Right now June 10-15, FREE CAR WASH due to its grand opening. The attendant automatically does the $10 wash. The $10 still has soap to wash the car. Prices go from $10-20 depending on the wash. After the car wash, you can get free self vacuum. There are 2 types of vacuums (a long nose and a flat nose head) and there is also air hose for water. The air hose is really powerful. However they don't offer cloth to wipe your car like other car washes. read more

They had been renovating this carwash for a few years now, and it finally opened. Like many in the surrounding neighborhood, or ones who saw the sign for the Grand Opening, I decided to try them out. The free car wash included the $10 Classic, but I opted to pay the difference for the Ultimate Lava. Graphene Ceramic Fusion $20 Ultimate Lava $17 (Unlimited $39.99) Supreme $13 (Unlimited $25.99) Classic $10 (Unlimited $19.99) There was only 1 person for 3 lanes of intake. He provided great customer service and took the time to answer any questions. I have used Bliss Carwash for a few years now, and I expect a bit of the same with this carwash but this was a disappointing result of a carwash. The employee does turn in your side mirrors and tapes your rear windshield wiper after paying at the station. With any machine carwash, there is a risk of damage to your car, and even though I cannot prove it, I noticed an area of damage to my car when I was drying it out in the vacuum port - pretty disheartening. And... the carwash was not even clean! For a $17 carwash, I might has well have gotten something cheaper. I have a hatchback, and even though masking tape was used to tape down my rear windshield wiper, the tape was basically almost falling off after the carwash and the entire back of my car was still wet after it ran through the machines. My car was not clean. Good thing I brought a towel with me to wipe off the excess water and other areas that were not cleaned. With Bliss, there is someone at the end of the carwash to wipe down your windows, your side mirrors, and also pull your side mirrors back out. None of that service here. The vacuum area did have air compressors to help blow out water from small crevices and there were also vacuums with 2 different attachments (crevice tool and carpet vac extractor). There as even a place where one could place their floor mats for a "better" angle to clean. Anything express, or fast, does not mean better. I would rather wait for a hand carwash (if I wanted to splurge), go to another carwash, or wash it myself. The entrance to the carwash is also a bit confusing, and the results of the carwash were abysmal. If you have any questions, all the employees are only at the front of the carwash, none were scene near the vacuums. Cannot recommend and do not plan on returning. read more

I came by today around 5 p.m. to redeem a free car wash I heard about from my sister and a flyer she received. The promotion was supposed to run for six days, and I was excited to try it out for the first time. Online, it said the car wash was open until 7 p.m., but when I arrived, the entrance was completely blocked off--no signs, no notice, nothing to indicate what was going on. I ended up calling the number listed, and they told me it was closed due to a technical issue. Honestly, they really should have put up a sign or at least updated the hours online. I wouldn't have waited around or gone out of my way if I had known. What's more frustrating is that they told me they won't honor the free wash tomorrow because the promo ends today. This was my first visit, and it definitely left a bad impression. I was looking forward to potentially becoming a regular customer, but now I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Not digging it! Early bird special $8.99 now, they raise the price. Then +$1.50 extra for anything larger than a sedan. There was no line when I arrived on a weekday at 10:30am, and it took 45min for them to finish cleaning my car. During this LONG wait, I had to stand outside in the patio waiting area - no cover, no shade, no A/C in 100 degree weather! I was getting a bit dizzy from the heat, so I moved inside the store, which there are no seating. So I leaned against a wall next to the bathroom out of people's way. One of the staff had the audacity to come over and tell me I can't stand there. Really?? After my car was finally done, I noticed they missed cleaning the center console of the interior as well as several spots on the windshield. -sigh- read more

Sucked... guy convinced me to go "$23.99 wash" and my concern began when they were finished 10 minutes later. My instincts were right. Water everywhere. Inside windows were wet (?) and still dirty. Trash was still on the floor of my car. I asked for light scent (because I had my newborn with me) and when I was putting in the car seat and the stroller all the seats were heavily misted with their spray. I read in one of the reviews that they had the air machine to blow out the water from the doors and stuff but they didn't use it so I assume they don't. Not gonna lie, I think I got ripped off. Best in Rowland. Judging based on ratio of quality to price, it is pretty darn high! $7.99 morning special 7 days a week! If you ask, sometimes they will give you free air freshener too! It is close by, love the efficient service, and unless you are a brand new car -- you really can't tell the difference between a $30 wash and below $10 wash. read more

Yes, it's great if you can come for the Early Bird special. $7.99 definitely can't be beat. But, other times, not so great. I came here to wash my car last time and it started to rain. The guy working there was nice enough to offer me a "raincheck" so I can come back at a later time to get another wash on them. By the time I finally got back to them, they say the "raincheck" is no longer valid because it's only valid within 24 hrs! Boy was I not a happy camper! They didn't tell me it was only valid for 24 hrs and they told me the person who helped me "no longer works there"! #$@!# I tried to make light of the situation and asked them if I can get a discount since I was already there... and they said no! And, what's worse, they're asking me to pay $12.99 for a regular full service car wash. Next time I go there for a car wash, there better not be a cloud in sight! read more

Poor customer service! $14.99 wash scratched up my touch screen stereo. I have a relatively new car and when I got my car washed, I got into and noticed 3 big scratches in my touchscreen stereo. Very noticeable where I am sure they were not there before because I would have noticed them. I notified the manager and he just kept showing they use soft cloths and there is no way it could have scratched the screen. Very frustrating, they offered nothing to make up for it. Never come to this location! Car Wash Uriel is a Maxican and offer me for a detailed hand wax $40 but white car became yellow car. And he couldn't kept his promise for the rain check. read more

I give it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement somewhere. That being said, I drive 6 miles past a car wash to come here. The service is great. Staff has always been friendly. You can fill up your gas tank as it is being vacuumed and they dry out the door jams using an air hose. Love it! read more

I can't imagine a car wash doing sub damage as I've seen in these reviews, but man, today, they definitely hooked my car up!
