Here is wt happened: I came in for a quick wash, my car is pretty new and not dirty at all (couple days after pick up, no license plate yet). When I paid, I told the guy my car is new, wasn't dirty and I just needed a simple wash. He said "ok," and that was it. After the wash, I noticed the front bumper was basically untouched. I asked another guy who works there about it, thinking maybe he could just wipe it down quickly. I even found $5 cash and was ready to tip him, but he told me to go back to the entrance, so I did. The guy at the front saw me and immediately said "we don't do rewashes" and told me I have to pay again for a higher tier wash. I explained that another employee sent me over, but he cut me off and said, "He doesn't know anything, he is not the boss, I'm the boss." I told him I'm willing to pay the difference, not even asking for a full rewash, just fix the missed spot. He refused and told me I had to pay again and "this time don't buy the basic wash." The whole interaction felt like he was trying to teach u a lesson instead of helping. So yeah, the basic wash is basically useless... plenty of other car wash spots nearby, just don't come here.

They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

The sealer wax area wasn't working so I ask the female owner that it wasn't working. She told me that it hasn't been working and even showed me a work form. I asked her to put a sign because if I wasn't watching my car, then I'm going to pay something that I didn't even get. So she told me not to worry and they'll going to spray something to my car which is better and more expensive than the sealer wax. Still, they should've put a sign. I'm sure that not everyone who gets their Carwash done watches how their car passes the wash.

Bad experience the last time I went in may 3rd on a Sunday , I went in at 6:50pm I saw 2 workers…read moreone young teen and an older individual, after getting my car wash I started to dry my car then as I wanted to vacuum the inside, the vacuums were off so I asked the older individual about it and he told me that they're off. They turn off at 7 PM. I wish he would've told me or give me a heads up that all vacuums will turn off at seven so I would've vacuumed the inside before I dried the car. I was cleaning the inside then the older individual yelled out hey and put his hands up are you done! It was just rude and such bad service , I don't really go at night. I usually go during the morning the morning has great staff great service great management. It was just one bad individual that works at night.
