I took my 2003 Toyota Tacoma in for service because my check engine light wouldn't turn off. I had recently replaced the battery, but after only two weeks and less than 100 miles, the light was still on. Jeremiah and his team diagnosed the issue, cleared the codes, and let me know that my water pump was on its last legs. They advised me to closely monitor my temperature gauge and strongly consider replacing it sooner rather than later. The check engine light stayed off until I was just 10 miles away from my smog testing appointment. Rather than miss the appointment, I went in and explained that I likely wouldn't pass. I called Walnut Creek Auto Pros, scheduled an appointment to replace the water pump, and asked them to check the EVAP codes as well. After the repairs were completed, I returned to the smog station and passed without issue. Even though they're 35 miles from my home, Walnut Creek Auto Pros is the only shop I trust to work on my truck. read more

My family has been bringing their cars to Walnut Creek Auto Pros for decades. I am now the third generation in my family that brings cars here and they never fail us. Jeremiah is very honest and prices are very reasonable. Not once has he pushed to sell repairs like many other shops try to do. Great work! read more

They're great in checking and taking care of things. Everything is smooth and efficient. Thanks.

Can't say enough good things about this business. Jeremiah never fails to exceed expectations. Thought I heard noise coming from my brakes, so I made an appointment and brought my car in early this morning. Jeremiah immediately put my car on the rack to inspect everything, and informed me that I have a good 8,000 miles before needing to replace brake pads. Any other repair shop would most likely have told me that I need new brakes all around, take the money and run. Not with Jeremiah and his team! Always honest, always professional, always straightforward. And repair costs are always reasonable. You won't find another auto repair shop anything like this, trust me! Thank you, Jeremiah!! So grateful to have found this place! 1. Got us in quickly 2. Had been told by another mechanic the work that needed to be done, but Jeremiah said we only needed half of it! So honest. 3. Super friendly communication (so important to me) and everything was easy (paying, pick-up). Thank you! We will be back! read more

Highly recommend. Straightforward, honest and reasonable prices. If they believe work is unnecessary , they will tell you.

I took my car to this shop for A/C repair (2007 Lexus ES 350) based on excellent recommendations. This is the first time I have taken my car to anyone but a Lexus dealership. I agree with all the positive comments about Jeremia's honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, the mechanic doing the job made a very costly mistake when fixing the A/C (damaged ECM (computer), resulting in the car not starting. Jeremiah stepped up, owned the mistake, offered several options to fix it and, at my request, had it towed to the dealership for repair. Jeremiah paid the very expensive bill from the dealership no questions asked and even lent me his daughter's car while my car was being fixed. I paid for the A/C repair bill as agreed upon and everything is working fine now. Due to his honesty Jeremiah was out of pocket quite a bit for this mistake but I am not sure you are going to find a more honest and trustworthy auto repair shop and owner. Even though he or his mechanic made the mistake, Jeremiah did everything he could to make it right. He even cleaned the oxidized headlights at no cost and has offered me a discount for the next service if I should bring my car back to his shop which I plan to do. read more

I fully trust Jeremiah and Ron. They do great work and are completely honest. I've been bringing our Hondas and Acuras to them for over 20 years. I would never go anywhere else. read more

Jeremiah and his team does an excellent job. I trust him withmy car. I feel he is very honest and fair. I would highly recommend them.

One of the headlights burnt out on my Lexus RX350. We needed it fixed quickly so I did a yelp search for repair shops near me. Walnut Creek Autopros came up so I called to inquire about scheduling an appointment. Jeremiah answered the phone and amazingly said to bring it in later that day and he would replace the bulb while we waited! What??!! No drop it off at 7 am and wait all day just to hear that it wasn't ready? I must be dreaming! The service here was great, the repair charge was reasonable and I'm happy to say we've found our new "go-to" repair shop! read more

Mike and his crew are too notch. Super honest folks who take excellent care of my 2004 Honda Accord. On at least two occasions I called and scheduled an appointment to fix something and when I brought it in and the service person checked out the problem they made a quick fix on the spot and didn't even charge me! Another time they quoted me a certain amount based on what they thought they'd have to do, but he told me it was a way simpler job and charged me half the price! Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

Just had my sons 2005 Toyota Prius serviced with Autopros. You can trust these guys I got a quote from Pep Boys for almost $1500 I took it to them and they told me that half the work at Pep Boys wanted to do was not necessary ended up getting the car fixed up for $237! All my cars are usually leases and I never have to worry about servicing I'm glad I found these guys for my son and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest auto shop. read more

I got tired of paying higher fees at the dealership so yelp brought me to Walnut Creek Auto Pros. Ive been bringing my 2010 IS250 here for the past 3 years. We were in a pinch and Jeremiah really helped us out this time. My wife's car died on the way to taking our kid to school. I managed to get the battery replaced on the side of the road and it started right up, however it continued to have a burning smell and smoked. Jeremiah pretty much diagnosed the failed alternator over the phone and was able to squeeze us in to get it replaced the next day. We're grateful to still have Walnut Creek Autopros around even after Mike had retired, because Jeremiah continues to carry on the tradition of providing fair and honest work. Thanks again for helping us quickly get back on the road Jeremiah! We really appreciate it! read more

So happy a friend referred me to WC Autopros. Jeremiah checked out my 95 Accord and let me know there were a few minor issues that could wait. I feel a lot better knowing I'm safe and next time I go in for oil change, he will review the items we discussed. I am very pleased I have an honest, reliable mechanic with fair prices to care for my car. Thanks, Jeremiah! read more

Mike's been working on our cars for around... well, let's just say a long time. Auto pros only works on Hondas and Acuras, and they are scrupulous, honest, and detailed. Their shop is cleaner than most hospitals, everything in its place. They are also really busy, so you should call and make sure that they get you an appointment. If it makes sense, they will look for a used part, but only if it makes sense (they got us a radiator for a lot less). It's rare to travel far and wide to get service, but Mike is worth it! read more

They're great! I have a '91 accord, project car, and I was stuck. They helped me out, used my parts, reasonably priced. They over estimated the time it would take, but reduced the quote when it didn't take as long; which is a testament to honesty. I will definitely return. read more

Only my first visit, so just a first impression. But I am impressed. Newer model Mazda, I didn't expect to feel a difference after a minor service. I do. And good to feel the break adjustment, didn't expect that. Place has a professional feel, I'm going back. read more

I have known Jeremiah for years, I have met his wonderful family and they were a blessing to me. Jeremiah will tell me what is needed to fix now and what I can wait on. I feel that it's so important to know that your car has been repaired by someone who will take the time to do it right. Car repairs are expensive and I don't want to have to worry about the job that was done. Give Walnut Creek Auto Pros a try and see for yourself. Please don't ever become one of the rip off mechanics that you can find anywhere. Thank you Jeremiah. read more

I recently bought a used car. I had an issue with the battery (replaced it) and after that I had the battery die again. I completely freaked out. After reading ALOT of comments on Facebook treasure talk, Yelp and word of mouth, WC Autopros was the place to go. I called the shop and they were closed (Fri at 7pm) and didn't open till Tuesday, but the voicemail said to send an email. I did just that and Jeremiah responded and said to bring my car Tuesday at 9. After bringing it in, he went over options and costs. He wasn't pushy or unrealistic. I was very impressed. I will be going back to have work done. I'm happy that I found WC Autopros! read more

I brought my 1997 Honda CRV because it looked like radiator fluid was leaking out. I was trepidatious since my car is nearly 20 years old. I did not need to worry about being taken. Turns out it was just the tubes to the coolant. Yay. Feel like my next car should be a Honda just so that I can return to this mechanic! Great and friendly service at a fair price. read more

My son's 2003 Acura quit running one week after he bought it (tough lesson for a teenager!) His car was towed to Walnut Creek Autopros based on all the 5 Star reviews. This turned out to be the one bright spot in an otherwise bad situation. Mike specializes in Honda/Acura and handled the diagnosis and repair of his car expertly. Greatly appreciated all the knowledge he educated me with, laid out his theories, and fully explained the course of actions he would be taking. Highly recommended! read more

Based on reviews, I decided to contact them. I didn't know that they specialized in Hondas and Acuras so was pleasantly surprised. I also accidentally came a week earlier than my appointment date (totally my fault) and yet, they were so accommodating. I've always gone to a dealer until now so I was a little hesitant. I don't know what they do that's any different than a dealer but for some reason, my car runs better. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I also really appreciated that they were honest with what needed to be done. They don't try to upsell. Definitely coming back for my big 100,000 mile maintenance! Tip: If you schedule early, there is a chick-fil-a a block away, and Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Sprouts grocery store a few blocks away. You can hang out there. If you schedule after 10am, there is a very good thrift shop literally right next door! read more

***********, etc. STARS Mike and Mimi are HONORABLE and completely HONEST business owners who truly CARE about their customers and employees. Whenever I speak with them, they take the time to listen, even if they are having a crazy-busy day, and respond to everything that we discuss with COMPASSION and WISDOM. Whenever I am in their presence, it feels like I am in the presence of Buddha. Mike and Mimi could have become very wealthy people but chose to forego profits to help people like you and me get the BEST service at a fair price. And if they are not able to work on your car, they'll refer you to an equally excellent shop. I am blessed to know them all. read more

Overpriced and car was not fixed. Used to be good under original owner but has gone down hill after that. Other friends have told me same thing. Don't bother, go to dealer who you can trust. Pay a little more and get the job done right. Never going to take my cars here again. read more

Mike, his wife, and his team of badasses are definitely the most honest people you'll find in the auto repair business. not only are they honest, but they know their cars. I was referred to them by my roomie who him and his parents have taken their vehicles to mike for years. I took my vehicle for valve adjustment, and oil change. my car is still works like a fine tuned machine. read more

Found this wonderful business on Yelp while looking for a better (and more reasonably priced) alternative to the dealership who quoted me almost $600 to replace the front brakes on my Type S. Mike knows his stuff! I so appreciated him taking the time to explain and show me what needed to be done and what was best for my car. He is very personable and friendly and took good care of my car. I got a MUCH better brake job and saved hundreds! Thanks to Mimi for giving me a ride to BART; I enjoyed chatting with her and hearing about their business. Will definitely recommend to fellow Acura and Honda owners! read more

These reviews are not exaggerating, Mike is the best mechanic I've ever been to and after trying a lot of different places I thank God I found him through Yelp! After my car battery light turned on I took it to O'Reilly's and found out I needed a new alternator. I have a Scion XB so I called Toyota for a quote and they wanted to charge me $700+ (not including other additional charges). So I called Mike and he was able to fit me in that day. He took a look at it and confirmed I did need a new alternator and quoted me a much lower price than Toyota did. The part itself was kind of expensive so I think he offset it by not charging that much for labor... what a genuinely GREAT guy! Seriously, other places would charge soo much more and take advantage of a customer that's in need or just doesn't know much about cars. I was also able to get it back fixed within the same day! How bout that! Mike always takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and what your options are. He's SUPER knowledgeable and his top notch staff does everything at a high level. His wife even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off... Super nice! So yea, if you don't know, now you know - Mikes the man. If you know nothing about cars I highly recommend trying this place out! read more
