I think everyone has a different style in frames. Dr.Potaznik is kind of snappy and rude, couldn't give me the right prescription for my contacts or glasses, the staff kept on insisting that I was wrong and the script was right. After spending close to $500 without any money back, I went to Visionworks and my first visit they gave me the correct prescription and were super nice, and NO I don't need readers! She barely spoke to me and was dismissive of the concerns/issues I brought up and gave me no helpful advice/information. I've had the same prescription for 10+ years and expressed apprehension about changing it but was basically told "try it and see what happens." Took my wife for an eye exam today. I have been going to a Dr Wladis at this place for years. All…read morethe staff and especially Dr Wladis. He has retired so our appointment was with a Dr Rad. It important that I tell you my wife is handy capped. She suffers from Parkinson's disease , dementia and hearing loss. All the techs that we saw (3) were great very patient with her , kind and understanding. Then me met Dr Rad. He spent less than 10 minutes with her. He looked in one eye had difficulty opening it and told her that they could make her vision clearer with glasses and that she had cataracts that would have to be removed in the future then he left. Now as I said I have been going there for a number of years and my time with the doctor entailed him looking at each eye and call numbers to the tech at the terminal. This is usually a 20 minute process. It was obvious to me Dr Rad was not willing to spend the time with wife. When I got home I called the office (was put on hold for 25 minutes) and asked that my appointment next year be with a different doctor. I also asked that my appointment for August this year be with a different doctor. As I said all the staff (technicians) were great it was just Dr Rad who was awful. If you go there I strongly suggest you see someone other than DR Rad.

Very, very bad! Horrible customer service…read more They will do anything to sell new frames, including breaking your existing glasses frames so that you have no choice. That happened to me. I had to go around with my glasses taped together while they ordered replacement frames at my cost. When it was time for new lenses, they refused to let me reuse my existing frames unless I sign a waiver saying they are not responsible if they break them. I don't know how they plan on staying in business. I had not signed a waiver the first time they broke my glasses, I guess I should have sued them at that time.

I've never had even the slightest problem. I have lattice degeneration in both of my eyes and it's been carefully monitored so I feel more comfortable and not afraid about the state of my eyes.
