We got the glasses and they were heavier than expected. I stated we were not looking for a refund but not going to settle on glasses that hurt my wife nose. I asked where the lighter frames were and she pointed into the direction where all the glasses were. I asked if it would be too much for her to show us the frames she hesitantly did. She is not a friendly person and I will not be dealing with her in the future the doctors have always seemed nice. Stay Away from Sarah just rude. We did get her prescription and will be going somewhere else to get her some more glasses.

One of the cons is if you need to talk to someone in the actual store, location, you can't reach them. Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I like to be able to talk to someone that I have talked to inside the store not someone who I have trouble understanding. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. Now I cannot make contact with that person and I want to see if my prescription has been received. This is an edit to the original review. My entire family wears glasses, and my son has had glaucoma since he was 12. I have been to eye doctors across the entire US, and this is one of the most advanced non-surgical facilities I've ever stepped foot in. As for the a comment claiming this doctor lies or misleads people to get more money out of them, hogwash. If they wanted to scam anybody, they could've done exactly what every other doctor has been doing to my son for years. It turns out my son isn't supposed to be wearing glasses at all due to his specific combination of eye conditions. This doctor could've easily let us continue paying for glasses and contacts that were never necessary, like every other doctor has. They chose honesty instead.

Anyways um it's agood place and the doctor was really nice and made it easy to follow directions. the receptionists were quick to respond to each patient and the paperwork you fill out when you get there is minimal enough that you can finish it before you get called back by the nurse for your preliminary eye exam. Or at least, here's the optometrist attached to the Wal-Mart Vision Center in "Store number one." And even better, she could see me (pun!) right now. A thorough examination, including the air puffing thingie and the extremely bright light to look at the back of my eyes. I'm in good eye health! Hooray! Yes, they have a sample pair of lenses for my prescription that popped right in. My prescription hasn't changed in a year, but things seem even more clear than they did before. And for $85, I have a new prescription that I can use with any mail-order contact lens provider I like. Or I can get them here, though you're a bit more expensive.
