One of the cons is if you need to talk to someone in the actual store, location, you can't reach them. Your call is directed overseas and they will not put you through to the store where you are doing business; I really don't like this. I like to be able to talk to someone that I have talked to inside the store not someone who I have trouble understanding. I did not have a complete prescription from my optometrist's office and had to get that and was told that I could email it to someone inside the actual store. Now I cannot make contact with that person and I want to see if my prescription has been received. This is an edit to the original review. I have been contacted and a CS manager with Warby Parker is helping me work through this situation.

My entire family wears glasses, and my son has had glaucoma since he was 12. I have been to eye doctors across the entire US, and this is one of the most advanced non-surgical facilities I've ever stepped foot in. As for the a comment claiming this doctor lies or misleads people to get more money out of them, hogwash. If they wanted to scam anybody, they could've done exactly what every other doctor has been doing to my son for years. It turns out my son isn't supposed to be wearing glasses at all due to his specific combination of eye conditions. This doctor could've easily let us continue paying for glasses and contacts that were never necessary, like every other doctor has. They chose honesty instead.
