When I went to get my eye exam, the receptionist seemed very unorganized but the doctor was fine. The individual that was helping to put my order in had no personality and showed a side of laziness when we asked about a certain frame if the business had it in stock. I walked in to get my glasses yesterday and I was not welcomed by anyone and waited 10minutes. I recieved one of two pairs of my glasses and the gentleman put my glasses in a foam package and he said they were out of eyeglass cases. I was very disappointed especially after spending so much money and being a repetitive customer. This was my last straw.

The review would've been 10. But unfortunately, when you buy a brand new pair of glasses, they take…read morethe new pair and put it on the shelf and give you whatever shits hanging on the wall, whether it's a year-old or five years old you don't get the new pair apparently. Everything is extremely expensive today and you should never get the used pair of glasses when you buy a new pair. They were doing the same thing when I walked in when I bought $1000 pair of glasses, the last pair The young man that was working with me was great and did a great job, but then when the lady was adjusting my glasses, she also lied to me to my face. That giving it a one. I don't like being lied to, and it took the fun out of buying new glasses and finally being able to see well because of stupidity and greed. It's exciting to get a new pair of glasses when you've had very poor eyesight for a while. That excitement was quickly robbed. And this is definitely the owner's fault not the employee's fault. It is his policy to do this. The young lady said it's like buying tennis shoes. You don't get the new pair you get whatever's on the wall. I told her these aren't tennis shoes. Piss poor policy, the young man was awesome. He did a great job but now I have to another trip in to get them adjusted because she also adjusted them so tight on my ear that my bad by the time I got I had to put my old glasses on. economy where you need every customer this is a very bad policy.
