Sandy makes a lot of communication mistakes...gets things mixed up ... i had to get new lenses due to the doctors flub up.. Sandy never communicated this to me for months..i went told half hour the man comes out and hands me the glasses all set goodbye .. no sitting down checking to make sure all was up to snuff ect... just so long..customer service??ive experienced several snaffoos here that shouldnt have happened going to get my new glasses a young girl brought them out for fitting ect..i told her what i needed and she paniced with deer inthe headlights and ran off so Sandy came and adjusted..they are ok i would say give them a chance but dont be surprised by a lot of errors i think ill pass on them next time... but good luck...by the way when I noticed the doctor gave me the wrong reading strength I went to tell Sandy and she checked yes yes not strong enough let me call the doctor I went back a week later to find out she was like huh? They were patient and friendly and didn't push sales. They were able to help me find the right pair of glasses with the right fit. Bj's usually has deals throughout the year (like 50% off lens) and though they don't take my insurance, it's usually similar in price if I use it elsewhere. Great selection of frames and lens options. I'm really picky about my frames and like to take my time selecting the right style for my face shape. The optical department is the best amongst all the other departments in BJ's in my opinion.
