After trying one eyeglass store that couldn't fix them, we stopped into Eye Look Optical and Patty was more than happy to help. Not only did she replace the screw, but she adjusted the frame and cleaned them as well, at no charge. We live on the other side of the country, but this would be my go-to store for all things optical. They have an amazing selection of cool, independent brands and offer amazing expertise. For me it was too loud and there was too much incense in the air, but if this is the store for you, you'll be okay with it. It's easy to miss this store because it's on Vaughan Mall, but just know that it's across the street from Bull Moose and you'll find it.
