I came in today & the lady at the desk said my appointment was the original date and they was "no record" of me changing the appointment date. This had happened twice already & it's so irritating. I had made my first appointment with him due to pain in one of my eyes which he diagnosed as "iritis", gave me eye drops, and told me to come back numerous times for follow-up appointments. During the last follow-up, he wrote in my medical records that I was there for a "chief complaint" of "decreased vision involving the left eye and the right eye" (a TOTAL LIE)... so that he could bill me an additional $60 for a test to determine if I needed prescription glasses (something that I had REPEATEDLY told him I did not want or need). I found out about the lies he had put into my records after calling his office about a week after that appointment and requesting a copy of the doctor's notes for my records. Catch him in his lies, however, and he and his staff will do absolutely NOTHING about correcting the records. I have sent letters to his office regarding this, but they don't seem to care. I guess it's 'standard practice' for them to operate in this manner. They won't correct the records, but they sure didn't waste any time billing me. What's worse though... he billed Medicare for the LIES as well! Sounds like INSURANCE FRAUD to me!!! What a low-life jerk this guy is. I'll tell you this much... it will be a COLD DAY IN HELL when I pay him that $60!

Jim learned I depend on my phone 24/7 so he found the time......to aid me in my plight. After 45 minutes and after researching the issue...I was restored to A-1. He had me view the broken internals and see and FEEL why replacement parts were needed. (As a consumer, i do appreciate that learning!) He also installed ORIGIONAL Samsung replacement parts....showing me the pack each came in. To this day the only person who has ever been able to identify and fix the misalignments with my glasses has been the main guy Rich. I literally moved states but every time I come back to the area I pay a visit. I am not lying when I say he's the only person I trust with my glasses. Sounds dramatic, but I have had so many issues in the past that no other optician has been able to help with. He is patient and persistent and really knows what he is doing.
