I cannot believe how utterly incompetent and uncaring Walmart is. I needed a couch by 10/10/25 and…read moretried placing my order on 10/4/25 and 10/5/25 -- but surprise, surprise, Walmart canceled my order not once, but THREE times. I'm a California resident trying to buy a couch for my elderly dad who is a Louisiana resident, is 88, has had surgery recently, is battling cancer, and was living in deplorable living conditions. I went through all the security hoops to verify my identity, jumped through every possible hoop, and still couldn't get my order processed. I spoke to TWO Walmart agents, explained the situation in detail -- that I was urgently trying to help my dad get new furniture and a decent living environment -- but they couldn't care less. One agent even assured me the issue was fixed, only for the order to be canceled again. I escalated my concerns, got promises of help, but nothing ever came. No callbacks, no follow-up, no accountability. Frustrated and fed up, I had no choice but to buy the same couch elsewhere -- and paid four times what I would have at Walmart. That's right, Walmart's incompetence cost me a fortune and would have left my dad in the same sorry state. Walmart's unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer needs are beyond disappointing. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere -- you'll save time, money, and your sanity. Disappointed and Done with Walmart.

The workers were very rude about it and kept just saying they were closed. I don't get off of work until 5 and have to drive across town knowing I could make it for 6. It's so unprofessional the way that the workers acted. I then called to ask them when they closed other days and they were rude about that too and kept saying they were closed and obviously too stupid to understand my question. If u ever want to go make sure you for 2 hours before it says they close since they are in just such a rush to get home.

Patience is virtue and that is what you need on days you need to rummage through the racks in search of that cute item to update your wardrobe. The aisles are usually clean and racks filled with clothes. Apparel is organized by size, type, and gender. Footwear is organized by sizes, with the clearance section on the last aisle of shoes. Sometimes the line to check out can be long due to understaffing but again, just be patient! The staff has been helpful and friendly on most of my visits here.

News flash we don't have to & no one in any store is going to say anything because of the consequences. But as of 5/27/2021 you're still paying someone to stand there & do what exactly? Look intimidating because they don't say a word! But I can't call & get a question answered before I drive there and spend money. So, I'm driving some place else. Here's an idea since mask are no longer required. Have that person start answering the phones!!! Thank you but no thank you!

After she ran into my cart and pushed me several feet. We knew it wouldn't work. I had her walk behind my cart till I could find a place to sit her. I went to the car for her wheelchair. I then couldn't push a cart and a wheelchair. She held a Target basket until it was too full. Then I had a Target basket plus her wheelchair. It was slow and exhausting. Two workers walked impatiently behind us at one point. When we checked out, I had to leave her to load my car. As I am contemplating how I can pay this store back for having zero customer service. I look up to find a man pushing my mom to the car. He also helped me load my car. It turned out that he worked there. His name was Ron and he saved Target from me putting the store on blast on every social media platform. People with disabilities exist and good businesses put their needs first even when it's busy in the store. Thanks to Ron for being a good human being
