I will never set foot in or purchase from Best Buy again if it's up to me. The AI bot that answers the phone is impossible to get past. I never once spoke to a person. Chat wasn't any better the bot and live agents all kept demanding an appointment or finally suggested I go to the store in person. Got my issue resolved in about one minute this morning elsewhere. Best Buy has really gotten terrible. If I could rate less than one star I would, and I used to buy a lot of stuff from them.

Thankfully, we walked into the Office Depot in West Monroe and met DL, who turned what started as a stressful day into one filled with relief and gratitude. DL was an absolute blessing--he went above and beyond to help us, not only using his own knowledge and resources but also collaborating with a fantastic associate at the Monroe location to get us exactly what we needed.
