Helpful friendly staff. I have never had any issues with the Monroe Best Buy location.

I was having an issue with my iPhone. Best Buy refused to even talk to me either online or locally without an appointment which is extremely difficult for me to arrange. I will never set foot in or purchase from Best Buy again if it's up to me. The AI bot that answers the phone is impossible to get past. I never once spoke to a person. Chat wasn't any better the bot and live agents all kept demanding an appointment or finally suggested I go to the store in person. Got my issue resolved in about one minute this morning elsewhere. Best Buy has really gotten terrible. If I could rate less than one star I would, and I used to buy a lot of stuff from them. read more

Went to geek squad to fix iPhone and they said it was fixed but they didn't set it up t took the screen protector off and didn't replace it and didn't even check to see if it worked or not because it was a problem with eSIM they had to replace logic board and ha to set up phone all over again and had to call carrier to activate eSIM and would not give us another screen protector after they took it off and I had to pay 20 dollars to buy a new one because they wouldn't even give us one after they had took it off and did what ever with it read more

I got a TV for Christmas, but it took about a week to set up due to a busy schedule. After installing it, the TV didn't work, so I returned it to the store. The manager initially had a negative attitude, but with the warranty, they replaced it. However, a few days later, the remote stopped working. When I returned to the store, the same manager had a negative attitude again, but I stood my ground, explaining the issue and expressing the need for assistance. It would be helpful if the manager's attitude was addressed. read more

My oldest son attempted to build my youngest son a computer for his birthday. I have no clue when it comes to computers. My oldest son said all I had to do was install windows and I would be good to go. Unfortunately I couldn't even do that so I decided to contact the geek squad I am so glad that I did they took the computer and fixed all the things that needed to be fixed which was actually quite a few things and download windows to the device along with some game divers. Whatever that is anyway, they have made my day and my son's day. They were amazing. They had it fixed within a couple of days very professional very polite. I would recommend anybody that doesn't know much about computers or electronics and such to trust the geek squad at Best Buy!! read more

I am very disappointed with this store. I bought a washing machine and a clothes dryer .November 22, 2021 . when buying they said they will deliver next week but they did not fulfill their promise, after 3 weeks of waiting their staff got a phone call and said early January 2022 will deliver but they did not deliver. i waited again .1 week later i went to their store they said they will definitely deliver on january 15, 2022 but they let us down again . they never called after the disappointment promised delivery. yesterday we phoned many times without reaching them and finally they phoned us back and said again 28 or 29 for delivery. You should check out the best buy monroe store. They are a big chain of stores in the US but they do a very, very bad job. We will never come back here read more

Finally decided to buy my new tv stand from Best Buy. It took a couple days. A couple visits and even browsing several other stores before I made my decision. Now no associated actually came up to me, and I had to hunt one down. They went to the back stock room and rustled around back there for a bit before eventually emerging with what I wanted. They even carried it to the front after ringing me up and put it my car. I really enjoyed the service here. I will totally be back. Garland at Samsung desk was super great and friendly to my daughter. read more

We bought two TVs today and we were treated so kindly. Not to mention the staff went above and beyond to make sure our products were in tip-top shape. They noticed one of the boxes of the TVs was "bowed out" and took the time to make sure nothing was wrong with it before we left the store. They truly care about their customers. read more

This is about Best Buy's Warrants. I spent $399 on Moto Z4. The salesperson sells me the 2year extra protection from damage during normal usages for another $150. I had a headphone that broke off in my phone. It caused the display to not work. Geek Squad says they can fix it for $125. They sell you on "damage through normal usage" protection but then want to charge you if you actually need their protection. With the $150+$125 that is 69% of the total cost of the phone. Don't waste your money on their useless warranties. I wasn't trying to damage my phone through abuse. I actually brought a $50 case to protect it. read more

I love this store and the staff is USUALLY pretty friendly and helpful. However, the other day I came to the store to pick up my online order. I received my order and was leaving the store. There were three men at the entrance/exit doorway and NO ONE said thank or any type of salutation. They continued to converse about "Have we meant our quota for the day?". I was very disappointed and considering taking my/our family's business elsewhere. I guess my online purchase didn't help their quota for that particular day!! We shop at this location several times a month. read more

I called at a slow time and sat on hold 10 minutes. Called back and they hung up. Called back again and the blind transferred me to the noble department. The mobile guy was nice and helpful but apparently not the front of store. read more
