Horrible!!! They supposedly sold me a king bed with bottom box frame and 2 recliners. When it was delivered they said I did not buy the box frame and I would have to pay another $1300 For it after I had already paid over $2,000. The salesman assured me and my mother the box frame was included. Also, my recliner has grease stains on it. I do not recommend this place. They do not stand behind what they say. read more

They are great until they get your money, then downhill from there. Got a recliner, it was too big for the room, so I ordered another that should fit they said should be there in two weeks, so I returned the other recliner. Three weeks later I called they estimated the next week and the next week. A month later still no recliner. Do not recommend this store!!! read more

We started shopping for furniture 11 years ago for our new home in Sterlington, LA. We had done business for years at one store primarily, but were having trouble finding just what we wanted this time. We wandered into Ashley Furniture in Monroe, LA and "Latasha" buttonholed us and this began a relationship that continues even today. We just ordered some furniture to replace some we bought on that first visit, so we are into our second generation. Latasha takes care of us and we appreciate her a bunch! read more

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a lot of furniture and it took over a month to get delivered when I was promised 7-21 days. No calls to explain why it was late. Not all of the furniture arrived and the order was screwed up. The area rug & mattress pad also not delivered. I was told by the store that they cannot deliver those and I needed to come and pick them up. The footboard on the bed was damaged, and it took at least 6 calls on my part to finally get them to order another. It was also damaged. More calls on my part and I finally went to Ashely Corporate to complain. These people do not care about their customers, and almost never call you back. This is the last time I will ever shop there. read more

We purchased furniture in December of 2015. We went to several stores to try and get the best price. When we went to Ashley Furniture we were helped by Latasha. She was very patient and very knowledgeable about what they had to offer. She wasn't pushy and didn't pressure us. We shopped around even after our initial visit but went back to her. I recent saw her while shopping at another store and she asked if we were still happy with our purchase. Customer service even after the sale. Ashley Furniture you have a great employee in Latasha.
