This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any Walmart…read more On August 25, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, I visited the Walmart located at 1025 Glenwood Drive to purchase a simple Ethernet cable. I waited in the Electronics department for over 30 minutes trying to get assistance. During that time, the two associates working in Electronics essentially ignored me. To make matters worse, they even helped another couple who arrived after I had already been waiting. After being unable to get help from the Electronics associates, I had to go find someone else myself. Fortunately, Mrs. Tracy stepped in and helped me get what I needed. What is especially disappointing is that Electronics is not even her department, yet she provided better customer service than the employees who were actually assigned there. I wanted to speak with a manager about this issue, but I was told the manager was in a meeting, so I never had the opportunity to discuss my concerns. Waiting over 30 minutes for help with a basic item is unacceptable. Being ignored while watching employees assist customers who came after me made the experience even more frustrating. Mrs. Tracy deserves recognition for helping when others would not, but the service I received from the Electronics department was extremely poor. I sincerely hope Walmart addresses this issue so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.
