Disclaimer - my surgery went well & I have no complaints about that…read more My complaint is that I had my surgery on July 2nd, and they told me that I had to pay up front and that my insurance would reimburse me. Due to OSA's ineptitude, it has taken over 107 days for me to get that money reimbursed to me -- I have been owed almost $1,500 for months. This is because my insurance reimbursed them virtually instead of using paper and snail mail, which OSA could not handle due to their incompetence. Very upsetting, frustrating, and an overall long and drawn out process.
