I returned to the store, unaware that they do not stand behind the quality of their products. They do not accept returns on washed merchandise...Jen was condescending (kept calling me hun) and argumentative (insisting there was no shrinkage). She volunteered to stream the top in an effort to prove there was nothing wrong with the quality, but finally gave up and recommended I iron it. I told her I wasn't happy with the condition after a single wash and wanted to return it, which she refused to accept. Lesson learned, I won't go back.

We decided to take it to Riddle's Jewelry in the mall to see if they would do it for us. We agreed that if they'd take care of it for a reasonable price, we'd do it. Upon arriving, they looked at it within 2 minutes of us walking in and asked us to stop back in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the ring was polished, the prong was fixed and they didn't charge us a dime! There are a variety of unexpected odds and ends - so, don't be surprised if you go in for chicken feed & come out with a rv toilet paper & a new beach hat. Not only do they actually have tractor supplies but they also carry an array of other supplies as well. From auto care to a full selection of tools and from equestrian items to live baby chicks, their inventory is larger than you might suspect. Their prices are a little higher than what you'd find at a Home Depot or Lowe's but nothing that will break the bank. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and don't mind stepping away from what they're doing to help a customer out. Additionally, they offer a rewards program, if you choose to subscribe. There are many aspects of this store that make it attractive. However, the one that I truly prefer is that it's the perfect place to find that highly scarce and unique item that your larger retailers don't carry. This was an average thrift store. You might find it nice to know that you are helping out a…read morenonprofit institution while shopping, although I honestly don't know anything about the ranch. I certainly don't like the mixing of religion and altruism. Pushing religion on others in times of need is exploitation. Some areas of the store were better than others. For example, they had a lot of clothing options. Their furniture selection was lacking and not that great. All of their merchandise overall seemed fairly low in quality, but it is a thrift store after all.
