Super chill, very much a read the room type of group and match energy. They were so awesome and made us feel great. They told us the process of what they would do with my ring and when it should be back. About 2 weeks later I get a call and they tell me it's not up to our standards. (WHAT?! Talk about feeling special about one of my pieces. And feeling like I'm someone special) We sent it back because if we don't feel that we would wear it then we won't allow you to wear it. So we sent it back so it can come back and be perfect. (Uhm wow! Thank you!! That was amazing to hear) fast forward it's about a month. (Give or take a couple days) I pick it up. It's STUNNING. What ever they did with cleaning, soldering, and re setting the diamond. ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Reminds me of the day I was given it by my husband. Sparkles so much prettier. When I picked it up the guys were as they were before so nice. So sweet! Helpful. I left two more pieces to be sent out to be cleaned and polished. I'm super sad we are leaving because these guys at Kay's are top notch! I highly recommend doing business with them.

She asked me questions and had me pull three rings that I liked out of the case to see my type of style. Then she started building different stacks for me to look at. Even though my type of style is not really her personal taste, I feel like she did extremely well with the challenge before her. In the end she took the ring I chose for the engagement ring which is a twisted ring of a yellow gold strand and a strand of diamonds and paired them with a frame of white gold diamond strands. Gorgeous! I enjoyed sitting down with her and having her walk me through the selection process and explain things to me. She did not make me feel rushed or hurried liked Riddles salesman did. I felt very welcome and look forward to going back to Kay's for my follow up cleanings and sizings.

The store manager was laying it on one of her employees and talking down upon them....right in front of my face! I think her name was Tina or Tonya or something. Needless to say I will not be going into the store again as long as she is working. I seen tears in the girls eyes that she was yelling at! That's not good for customers to see as well as it is degrading to her employees to be talked down upon. Needless to say I like the store because it's the only store in town to get really good jewelry and merch from. But believe me I will never look at the store the same way because obviously that manager does not care about her employees.
