Souris River Appliance and Home Repair came to my home on August 30, 2021 to look at my washing…read moremachine. It was found that I would need repairs in the amount of $325.00. I paid this amount upfront so that the necessary parts could be ordered. I was told by the repairman that the parts would be ordered that day and would be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days. At which time he would contact me and come back to perform the repairs. It has now been 48 days since the last contact I have had with Souris River Appliance and Home Repair. I have made several attempts to call, message and text them in regards to my repairs, however they have yet to respond. The business does not have a storefront, so I am unable to go directly to the company to resolve this matter. The address provided is a rental home. I have also attempted calls from other phone numbers in the event that they were simply avoiding my calls, but they do not answer from any number. I currently have a dispute claim into Visa for the $325.00 and am waiting to hear back from them. I wanted to make you aware of the actions of this business when considering any home repairs.
