Wow ! Went into JCP to grab a couple perfumes and asked the older female behind the counter to help…read moreme find them. She looked at me like it was a huge imposition and said, "You left something?" I said no, sorry, and repeated my request to help me find a certain perfume. She cut me off and said, "Then what do you need?" I asked again for the perfume I was looking for and asked if she could help me find it. She replied with an annoyed sigh, "No, I can't leave the counter"and turned away. My husband asked her, Well then is there someone who might be able to help find it? She replied with another annoyed sigh, "Ohhhh... yes, just a minute." She was clearly not happy to be asked to help and annoyed with the imposition of a customer. The lady behind me quickly commented, "She wasn't interested in helping me either. Please avoid the older lady with the Russian accent in the perfume section. Products in the United States must include a tag that explains the makeup of the product's fabric, the country of origin, and the care instructions. The only part of the tag that was left was the size. When they were questioned about it, they said that they removed the tag because of the care instructions. wouldn't that be better accomplished by pulling the products off of the shelves and returning them to the manufacturer.

Let's face it, nobody has time to dry clean everything and when a tag says "machine wash delicate, air dry", and I follow those directions, I expect it to be the same size and shape the next time I wear it. Sadly, more often than not, the tops shrink. Sizing up doesn't always work, as shrinkage isn't uniform or predictable. These clothes aren't cheap, so one expects better wear. Granted, I'm cheap and buy clearance, making it far less painful. Note: Staff are always a pleasure to encounter.
