They legit sat there for an hour without a word, until we went up to the counter with our selected frames. They never fitted them to us & didn't go over options, just put in what we had before. The hubs had to tell them what yo change & the gal just seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence. It was 930am, so, not like we were keeping them from lunch or making them stay late. It took over an hour to order glasses that I had a prescription for because of their computer system. A sale that was supposed to be available until 6/7/2017 was removed from the system on 6/6/2017. After trying unsuccessfully to apply it, they called their helpdesk. The "tech" walked them through the same steps they already tried. Eventually (an hour later) they figured out that the coupon was removed from the system early and were able to work something different out on the computer to get me the sale. The final nail in the coffin: when I asked to pay for expedited shipping, the staff ran into more problems with the ordering system. Since I have regular headaches from eye strain, I wanted to receive them asap. Because I was already 30 minutes late for work, I settled for standard shipping. Bottom line: Despite their friendly staff, placing an order wasn't quick or painless. Instead, it took 60 minutes and I wasn't even able to pay for quicker shipping. I've had smoother experiences ordering from Walmart.

He asked many questions and was able to clearly explain why I was experiencing eye pain that has had me worried for the past couple of months. So I go to Walmart to replace the glasses. I was not allowed to go into Vision Center. The workers said it was because too many people were in the store. My daughter looked at glasses and tried on some frames. I was never allowed in the store, even after other customers left. The worker then told my sixteen year old to come get my credit card to pay for the glasses. I said I don't have a credit card I'm paying cash. So she yelled it's 136 dollars from the til. If my daughter didn't need replacement glasses I would have left. The service was terrible.
