After getting back home I changed my mind and wanted different glasses so I called the store the day after and they said there was no problem with that. I came by later in the afternoon ready to switch frames and I was initially helped by the same person that helped me the day before but this time she was very annoyed by my request and she asked someone else to help me. Even with a state regulator involved, the store still wouldn't take responsibility. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, and I strongly warn others not to buy their protection plans.

I had called at 9:00am to order more contacts and to see if they had extra daily disposable contacts that I could have until mine came in as I had a wedding to attend. The receptionist told me she would check and call me back. 5 hours passes and no call. I walk in to pick up a family member's order and I asked about my contacts. She rudely told me that they did not have any contacts on hand (which is hard to believe given the fact they always have extra samples when we come in for our exams..I mean after all this is an eye care office) and told me I HAD to go to the wedding in my glasses and I had no choice. She never recommended an alternate option such as giving me a paper prescription to see if I could get the contact lenses elsewhere because she is insincere and cold. She told me that she never called me back because she wasn't able to find any contact lenses for me. I politely told the receptionist that I would have appreciated a call to let me know about the status of the contact lenses, to which she raised her tone and began to yell at me. The amount of disrespect I was shown is unbelievable, especially for a professional setting. I felt like I was being yelled at by my grade school teacher for not sitting at my desk like I was told.
