I waited over 30 minutes before being assisted. Second, after choosing my glasses, I was told I would receive a call once they arrived. Two weeks passed with no update, so I called myself--only to learn that my glasses had been ready for several days, but no one had contacted me. Third, I had a 25% discount, but it was only applied to the blue lenses and not the frames. After paying, I also noticed that a $25 protection plan had been added to my bill without my consent. I strongly recommend reviewing your bill carefully before making payment at this location.

I came here without an appointment, which isn't recommended, but a lovely lady at the front desk luckily has a cancellation and allowed me to take that time slot. During my appointment, they walk me through the exams, what they recommend, etc. All employees were very polite and helpful, especially Luisa; she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She was patient and guided me through the long process of me struggling with my contacts. I'm grateful for Luisa's help; she definitely deserves a pay increase.

Such great manners and she makes you feel at home. They also have a parking lot which is incredibly helpful since the parking situation in Newark is dreadful. It's easy to maneuver in and out of too. There's always tons of staff so you'll always be taken care of. After their remodel the place looks completely brand new. It's a very modern and chic vibe now. There's tons of frames to choose from, they are a bit pricey but they're name brand as well. I usually opt to get glasses elsewhere but if you're in search of a fantastic eye doctor I highly recommend this spot.

A complete joke. I went into this store over 2 weeks ago to get an eye exam from these people…read more(which the doctor was great, exam equipment a little dusty and grimy but I could deal with it because it was fast). I told these people I needed glasses because I'm constantly on the computer and they told me oh get transitional lenses. Ok whatever, as far as eyes I am 20/20 so whatever they say because I am ignorant to actual Optical Lenses. So I was looking at some shades and saw they had some Tom Fords (none I liked) so I told the lady (black one who says she "owns" the store- we will find out if she does soon), I had a pair of Tome Ford Penelopes that someone sat on that I bought from a well known store. So she says quick, "I can order them for you hun; whatever you need". So she said they would be 470. They are 385.00 at Nordstrom and Barney's but ok because I see you are money hungry and because I am taking a trip, I need these glasses asap. So here it is, 2 1/2 weeks later and no Penelopes. So I got a call Friday to come pick them up. I picked them up today. THEY ARE IN THE WRONG CASING and the box has no Marcolin sticker and the box had a different cheap sticker on them reading B8 Donna. Marcolin manufactures not just the glasses but boxes as well. So the whole shabang comes together. I have over 25 pairs of these glasses, as well as the same exact receipt from my old pair I bought UPC# 664689602346 is what my receipt has from legit glasses. Last week when I picked up my regular glasses, the lady put a pair of Christan Dior glasses inside of a Prada box and gave me a fake little black lens cloth. Oh my God I am so glad I paid credit and not cash. You know how much my bill came to for 4 pairs of glasses? $1937.00 which are all botched. My Penelopes are so lightweight I am scared to take them to a Nordstrom or Barneys to have them laugh at me!!! o.0 Unreal. I bet you these people won't see the likes of $1937.00. Then she was like today, "Oh do you want a different pair of glasses outside of the 2nd black pair your ordered"? So this means she never ordered the black pair just brown. I am so insulted, it makes no sense. Never buy eyewear from these people. Everything is questionable. I will be taking these to a legitimate Tom Ford re-seller tomorrow for my credit claim to get them evaluated. Listen to the Google reviews and stay far away. They odviously thought I was a fool. The lady had a nerve to say "Oh they came from Italy". 100% GHETTO!

I requested to make an appointment using the office's website, and I was able to get a prompt call back on the next day or so. I also got a call the day before the appointment to confirm that it was still scheduled. Based on a variety of appointments I have attended due to medical circumstances in the past, I have to say that this office was sufficient. There have been other medical offices where the staff and even the physician can be unpleasant, and this location was much better than such offices. I may decide to come back to this review after I get my new glasses which the office estimated may take approximately 2 weeks.
