After choosing a pair, the staff overheard us discussing that we had a 10% discount code from Sunglass Hut, which I had used two days earlier for a purchase. Instead of handling this professionally, all four staff members aggressively approached us, making it seem as if we were trying to scam or do something suspicious. I showed them the working online discount code and explained it was valid, yet they continued to question us even after confirming the order was placed. We waited a few minutes for the order to process, only to realize we had selected the wrong size. Despite their attempts, they couldn't resolve the issue, and it took us about two hours to return and re-purchase the same glasses in a different size, which we eventually decided to keep instead. Later, at another location, they fixed it within ten minutes. This experience highlights the need for better customer support and a clearer understanding of the return process.
